This place is cringe. It's like walking into a hot topic back in 2010. The cookies are alright, the service was awful. I see the special for the day is buy 5 cookies plus 2 "drank", and get 3 cookies free. Fine, I can hand off the 2nd drink to someone when I get to where I'm going... Nope. I walked in solo, ordered 8 cookies and 2 drinks, what am I supposed to do with no lids? Nevermind the double styrofoam cups for each drink, it's just wasteful and silly. Spend half as much on cups, and buy lids!Even worse, I asked what I was supposed to do and the employee said I could get the drinks in bottles... ok baby bottles whatever, nope they charge extra for the bottles. Eventually I just say "fine, keep 1, I don't care I can at least drink the other before I get back to the car" well that didn't work out too well either. As I walk out with my double styrofoam cup purple lemonade(the only drink in the place) it's barely even cold(the water out of the kitchen sink around here would normally be colder). Plus, it tastes like cheap powdered lemonade mix with a weird aftertaste. Get in the car, take another sip, can't finish it so I just pour it out in the parking lot(can't drive around with that sloshing in the cupholder... seriously, no lids?). But now I've got 2 styrofoam cups to toss later, and wasted another 2 in the store because I couldn't take the 2nd drink(not that it would have mattered because the lemonade was awful). Also after only 2 sips, I was still tasting that awful lemonade 10 minutes later.Eventually I get to where I'm going, try half of a couple of cookies. The purple haze(red velvet) and smores cookies were ok, not amazing. If the service was at least decent, I'd consider going back. Not a chance. The lack of lids isn't the employee's fault, that's the owner. The weird double cup thing? Probably an owner decision? I don't know or care at this point.Parking: large parking area available from the shopping center.Wheelchair accessibility: Has a ramp from the parking lot, place has plenty of floorspace and isn't cluttered.

The cookies were definitely cute and appealing! My cousin and I stopped for a treat after the gym. We like the containers they came in. I was having a hard time finding the prices (not listed), but they have a qr code so that's nice. The worker was helpful. Stated in previous reviews, the cookies are definitely undercooked. If you like gooey cookies, then it's for you. However, I did enjoy the triple chocolate cookie as well as the peanut butter cookie. Most likely won't be returning, but finally tried and figured it's not for me.

I have hear about this place forever and seen it all over the socials and was super excited to hear that we were going to get one in the bay area!! so I finally got to check them out after some time. I thought I would go crazy and get each flavor but I did so great and got just a handful of them my first try. The staff was super nice and friendly, and was able to help answer all the questions I had for each flavor since it was my first visit. I ended up getting the smores, strawberry shortcake, original, and cookies and cream. They were all so good I would say the fave one from me is the strawberry shortcake cookie if you ask me. However, they are on the sweeter side and I can only have 1/4 of it at a time/day. The vibes of this place is super hipster and they play hip hop music and have all the hip hop signs, logos, graffiti, and cute nicknames for everything! I love the hipster things this place has to offer.

Super friendly staff upon entering, and they were more than helpful explaining what they have and prices (not posted). The decor fits in well with the theme. I would have liked to see some seating though, but I'm sure they can get away with fewer staff and trash accumulation with a bare bones crew so it's understandable. I can't say if they're always this way, but the cookies are definitely on the gooey side, fairly bulky, and ~$5 each as of 2/1/24. We tried 4 varieties: Snickerdoodle, Cookies and cream, chocolate chip/walnut and S'mores. I must stress this enough, if you don't like them on the barely cooked through side, you may not like them. But my family enjoyed each and every one, and they were balanced without being overly sweet. You can ask them to warm up your selection if you're into warm cookies too.

Expensive and delicious. I got the purple haze and it has marshmallows inside. It's maybe one of the best cookies I've ever had. Get it heated.

I actually liked this place a lot more than I thought I did! The interior is filled with nicely graffiti-ed walls of art that you can tell is inspired by the Bay Area. The place itself isn't super big but the lack of furniture kind of made the shop appear bigger than it is. There were a large variety of cookies and they even have pup cookies! I got one for my dog and decided to also try the red velvet and the s'mores cookies. They were super thick and each one could almost count as a meal because they were so big! I got full after trying half of both! The red velvet tasted just like the cupcake version and the s'mores was absolutely smackin!

Super sweet. Tasted like straight up cane sugar. Didn't even taste like an actual cookie. The flavors were so mute, and sugary. If you're going to get any of it, just get the smore's. Don't waste your money on pure sugar. Not worth it

Came from out of town the boy working the counter Julian A . Was not so helpful said they sold out of cookies. Didn’t have very many to choose from which I didn’t understand when they had just opened at 12pm. I got there at 12:34pm how is it that they were sold out so fast. Very disappointing cookies are hard not soft like they usually are he did not give me fresh cookies….

This has to be one of the best cookie shops in California! With over 12 selections of cookies (all delicious) and many deals and bargains on bundle boxes!!!!! I have been to this establishment 4 times now and every time was a great experience! Never a problem with parking either! I recommend the s'more cookie and the purple haze if you don't know what to get. Also hey have a delicious purple lemonade. Kid friendly and Daddy approved my daughter loves this place! When we go to a party or celebration she always wants to bring a party box to share! Awsome idea!!!!!!!!! The service is on point and the ambiance is set and loaded for the Bay Area hip hop trend. I recommend this place for your sweet tooth, just pick me up first!

My second time here at the plug. I'm a huge cookie monster so I love me some cookies. We swung by on a Sunday and the kid that worked there said that the cook didn't come in the morning. So, I'm already not happy because they don't have all the cookies but just a handful. I was hoping that we were going to get a deal, a free sample or something but unfortunately we didn't but we still ordered anyway. The two times I've been here it's never been a long wait. I love it that it's open on Sunday. unlike Crumbl. I will still hit the plug up when I'm feeling for something sweet!
