My friend gave me a loaf of the cinnamon bread. Think of the middle part of a cinnamon roll, and that is the entire loaf. It was amazing, delicious, decadent & spectacular. A big fat WOW!

Billy Bread offers outstanding sourdough bread with a very nice outer crust that has perfect crunch. The Coyote Sourdough is a favorite, and the Rustic is also perfection. Prices are reasonable, ordering is easy, and pick up is convenient. The bread is always amazing and super fresh, with delicious English muffins as well. A sourdough bread making class is a 10/10 experience, with a great teacher who is patient, knowledgeable, and clear. The quality is outstanding, and every part of the experience is perfect. It is a local micro-business doing it right, and the bread doesn't last very long because everyone is fighting over the next piece. Highly recommended.
