Dong Ting Spring

I drive an hour to eat here every few weeks. I don't know if the chef has changed or what, the taste of the dishes is completely different. The signature dish, the good chicken, has no taste at all. The shredded potatoes are also bland, just like boiled. The dishes that I asked the chef to re-fry were only spicy and salty, and the taste was different from before. And the lady who greeted the guests (the one who was always there) also had a stern face when we paid the bill, as if we were making trouble.

The portions are too small and the prices are too expensive. It’s Chinese food for Americans. What’s particularly disgusting is that they secretly charge an extra tip. You wouldn’t know it without looking at the bill. Will not be returning. //Seeing the boss's reply, I will also reply. Customers who have eaten can check their own receipts. Their tip calculation method is based on (vegetable price + tax). Is it possible to charge more? The tip is for the government. Although it is not much, it is not a kind business. Authentic Chinese Food, great staff, and super friendly staff. The Hunan inspiration means almost everything has a spicy kick. Don’t let this scare you away because the staff is very helpful in adjusting the spice level to your preference. We had the Shumai, BBQ Buns, Braised Pork Thigh, Fried Green Beans and the Pepper Beef. This IS NOT typical fast food style Chinese food. This is an authentic, family style, Chinese cuisine made when you order and worth every penny.
