Based on reviews, Habanero Mexican Grill is a wonderful place to have a drink and a really good meal. It is the best Mexican food in the area with great food and drinks at reasonable prices. The service is excellent, with a very responsive staff that does a great job explaining food and drink choices. Great portions of food are served on the Fajata’s. Beer is served in frozen glasses and there is a good selection on tap. The menu includes a shredded chicken quesadilla, buffalo wings better than most bbq restaurants, a stuffed avocado with a choice of meat like carnitas, and $3 street tacos with choices such as asada, pastor, chicken or carnitas. The major highlight is fabulous margaritas, including perfectly crafted $6 house margaritas. However, the restaurant recently stopped their Sunday brunch. The website has old happy hour info and prices that do not reflect the bill.
