Although quiet and not many customers it was very grubby, several tables cleared but not wiped down and covered in crumbs. We found a ‘clean’ table but there were crumbs in the chairs. The waste bin was also full to overflowing. The store just felt very tired and shabby. Disappointing for a brand like Starbucks to present in such a way.
That said, the girls serving were efficient and polite.

came into eat and drink inside, ordered and collected and went to get a table and a lady pushed in front of my daughter to get to the table first when they hadn't even ordered anything. I asked staff for help and they weren't bothered at all. it was clear we had ordered to eat in and were struggling.
