Sushi Oaks is a hidden gem in Thousand Oaks. The fish is incredibly fresh, and their spicy tuna hand rolls are easily some of the best I’ve ever had—perfect texture, just the right balance of ingredients . Everything here is clean, balanced, and clearly made with care. Great service, chill atmosphere, no fluff—just top-tier sushi done right. Highly recommend.
I e lived in Np for a long time and have never been here before- I don’t know why. I went here and the food was really yummy and was served quickly, even though the restaurant was full. It’s a small restaurant but we were able to get a table after a 10 minute wait on a Friday night. We started with the edamame and gyoza which was fresh and crunchy. I then ordered the albacore sashimi in ponzu sauce, the Special tempura roll, which was made with the thin paper instead of rice...
Excellent sushi! Delicious rolls, fresh ingredients and well prices. Coming from LA where many sushi spots are expensive with small portions- ܰܰ Sushi Oaks is a friendly spot where you will consistently enjoy a great dinner out!
