Always good to stop at Whole Foods when we're in OC at Fashion Island. The self serve food court is closed due to Covid, but that's the way it is for a while. Had pizza instead and ate on the patio. Matt served us the last couple of times. Good food, good service. Oh, and we appreciate the gluten free options.

I have been getting groceries from this location since March, they have good selection of produce. However, in two separate occasions, I was charged "Organic" when the item was not organic. I spoke to customer service afterwards, although they refunded the difference, they cannot explain why I was overcharge twice. Until they calibrate the cashier scanner, check your receipt carefully before leaving the store.

VERY NICE STORE ! We were hanging out at Fashion Island to kill a bit of time before heading out to dinner. One of our family group wanted to use the bathroom so we popped in here. Typical well presented Whole Foods Market !

Employees do not enforce the mask policy. Do not go there. A guy was offered a mask in front and did not wear it inside. We asked the employee to ask him to wear it and Karen, Cashier Manager, the only manager there at the time said they CANNOT tell people to wear their masks or ask them to leave because they're not wearing masks. The guy was touching produce everywhere and even said to us "if you're scared, you wear a mask". We do not want to support this business!

Wonderful to walk into the wholefoods here and see a guy without a mask be offered one at the door, but all is for naught as the guy just pockets it and walks around the produce area touching everything with no mask on. Alerted the employees, the girl at the front was nice and tried to ask him to put on with no avail. The cashier manager Karen then comes over and tries to defend the guy saying they can't make him leave. If this continues then look for a spike in case rates in Newport.

As an Amazon prime member, I really enjoy shopping at Whole Foods. I get an additional 5% off groceries with my Amazon card and they always have Prime deals. They have a very nice selection of organic foods in the store and the employees are always friendly. I never leave the store without my organic berries and organic sour dough bread.
One of my favorite place to find most of my grocery needs. Staff are very helpful. Ingredients always fresh and quality.

I'd like to know why this location does not enforce their mask policy. I know OC house wives are aggressive but you should be protecting your employees and customers.

The store is good but the Covid response is lacking. You can't bring your reusable bag inside the store, forget using it but the face mask policy is not implemented? There are a lot of customers inside the store walking around without face masks. Would not recommend.

It's terrible ruble experience Hahn looking guy front of the store asking my age and he says regulation Asked what's this showed the some flyer I m 40 and wearing N95 mask this people trying the destroyer the store. Living corona Del Mar 30 years never see this kind people around Talked the manager he said you old bring your IID He says take my picture and take my back pictures also Gives a disgustingly age discriminatory comments I don't believe fits the this companies culture

PrimeNOW ordered during COVID19 lock down. Made beef chili for dinner and wanted cornbread to go with but soon realized we ran out of cornbread mix. Quickly ordered Dave's killer bread cornbread mix and other groceries for pick up. Pressed I'm on my way button in the PrimeNOW app. I drove down to the parking lot and this cool surfer dude with face mask and surgical gloves waved at me knowing I was arriving to the parking lot. The surfer dude told me to just pop up the trunk and he put the groceries there. Next thing was driving back home. So convenient.
