Hadn't been there in a bit. Their caldo and tacos are a must have. The Carne asada plate was flavor full. The meat was very tender. Staff was very attentive. Will definitely be back soon.
All the food is great, including the chips and salsa. The chili relleno is the bomb. Best I've ever eaten!

Really nice Mexican restaurant .. very recommended the food was delicious , good portion even to share from one dish...the specialty carnitas si we order carnitas burrito, carnitas plate , chips and guacamole and nacho chesse to share all of those delicious...customer service really good since the moment you arrive that made our experience more confortable and enjoyable... nice patio area and good environment you will not be disappointed..
Great friendly service! Their chips and salsa were so good. We ordered Mahi Mahi ceviche, Carne asada tacos, grilled steak with vegetables, and all tasted delicious.
We are mexican, and we are always looking for some good home authentic mexican places to eat, and this place hit that spot.
We will definitely be back!

I ordered the Menudo which was very good. Pictured is the hibiscus margarita, which was very refreshing and you couldn't taste the alcohol, it was very good. The staff is also very kind and accommodating, with personality too. The food was great, exactly what I was hoping for with the menudo. The atmosphere was STELLAR! I loved the reggae music they were playing with the perfect fall weather, it was great, and with Sunday football on TV to boot? Incredible. Highly recommend this Avila's.
