Basilic, it would be in your interest to retrain your staff in customer service. Staff on the phone was extremely rude and condescending. When I asked to put my name down for a reservation, the staff made a comment that I sounded noncommittal. When I had a last minute emergency, I was waiting until 5 pm to call to cancel the reservation since that was the time the restaurant opened. However, the staff called in the afternoon to confirm the reservation. When I explained my situation, the caller was irritated that I did not call earlier (even though the restaurant was closed) and now it was difficult to fill the table. What a truly horrible way to represent the restaurant.
