Love this place! I’m dairy-free and this is an awesome place bc they have a dairy free option. There’s only 3 down sides. One is has synthetic dyes, two they need more dairy free options, and three they need more gluten free options. Other than that, the place is awesome!!

There was a lot of candy. Wow! Not a bite without a goodie in it. And a medium was too big for me, I ended up dumping the last little bit. Definitely got our money's worth.

I ordered a gotta have it (large) and I got a love it (medium). The sneakily hid the size in the cup and I didn't see it until I got home. Disappointing since I paid for the large.

This location was super close the beach (walking distance) and is a great place to take a break from the hot weather. I got the cake batter batter batter which was cake batter ice cream with cookie dough and brownies. My friends got the mango sorbet and cookie dough ice cream in a cone cup. I really liked my flavor and I would definitely get it again. The mango sorbet tasted really good as well! The worker was super sweet and quick since it got fairly crowded. The store was very clean and was just like a normal ice cream store. I recommend coming here if you are near the beach and craving something sweet!

Be hungry, not on a diet, and not lactose intolerant! This place rocks but if you're over 40 you can only go so often and still fit your jeans. This place is a treat. If your going to do ice cream make it the best...make it cold stone.

Great experience and great ice cream. Was happy to see this newer location just a block off the boardwalk. The staff was pretty quick in working through the line. My wife and I shared a gotta have it cookie doughn't you want some and we took a pack of cookie sandwiches back to the house for the kids. Will definitely be back!

They made serving ice cream such a complex thing it blew my mind, they overcharged me on top of it but I wanted to leave so bad at that point for my ice cream was melting. Couldnt even enjoy it because I was thinking about how I got ripped off the whole time

The Service was awesome, and the Ice Cream even better than I expected. We ordered 3 different options- it was difficult to decide. It was hand crafted with care- they create the ice cream for you, and bake the waffles fresh each day. Excellent option for a hot day! (the staff working there had so much patience, and were also helpful- even though they were slammed with customers!)
I just walked unto cold stone. Newport beach location. I waited 4 min till the girl came out. I bought I recess cup. The girl picked it up with her bare hand. I asked if the whole thing is edible. She said yes. I asked for another one. Told her this time please use gloves.

This place is awesome. Great to see that they still have a cold stone around. They have some great premade 4 packs of Ice cream sandwiches to take home that I absolutely love. Great staff, great service and your orders are made in a timely manner.

I was so excited to have a Cold Stone Creamery close by living on the peninsula but this one continues to disappoint- Ive been 6 times since it opened (5 months)continuing to give it a chance to train the new employees it's never mixed well and never consistent

i understand how hard it is to work so young, seems like it's run by a bunch of teenagers. they're doing their best and today when i went to get a sprinkles cone they were all out. they said they made it there and ran out because it was a busy day. i applaud these kids they made my ice cream wonderfully
