The foot long glizzy was great, but I also tried the blueberry pound cake and it was a bit dry and stale. It was definitely made a day or two prior, which was disappointing. I did like looking at an the baked goods, and I'd certainly go back. I just wish the cake was fresh.
It was a beautiful day on Balboa Island and we enjoyed a very nice lunch sitting at one of the outside tables. My sister's clam chowder in a bread bowl was delicious, as were my husband's fish and chips. I savoured every single bite of my turkey pesto melt. Nice people, too.
Lunchtime at work celebrating a co workers birthday and she wanted Fish and Chips. Welp she searched and found this restaurant. The Yelp reviews looked promising so here we go I got the Italian Chicken Mozzarella sandwich (without the pesto). Very tasty and of course the cheese ?. She got fish and chips.
