I ordered the parmesan parsley onion rings and a small individual apple crumb cheesecake. The cheesecake was tasty, but the onion rings were terrible. $9 wasted. They were fried to a hard crisp. While I saw the powdered cheap parmesan and parsley on the rings, there was no flavor of parmesan, parsley or even onion. I want to see and taste the onion in my onion rings. This is a cozy little spot in the island. Nothing fancy or memorable but available. Hot dogs were just okay. The blueberry coffee cake was great but I don’t believe it was homemade.
The foot long glizzy was great, but I also tried the blueberry pound cake and it was a bit dry and stale. It was definitely made a day or two prior, which was disappointing. I did like looking at an the baked goods, and I'd certainly go back. I just wish the cake was fresh.
