Gelato Paradiso

Stopped by for ice cream at 6:30PM , the girls refused to offer their fruit gelato. They didn’t want to do “do work” on bringing it out because they closed in 30 minutes . Horrible service ! Never coming back .

Reply to owner: this is the correct location , I attached your business hours below . Your employees have the most horrible service and declined to sell a customer your product . Causing customers to leave and never come back due to the poor customer service your location offers .

I’ve been to Gelato Paradiso a few times now, and every flavor I’ve tried has been absolutely delicious! The regular size is perfect—it lets you mix and match multiple flavors without going overboard. The staff is always friendly and happy to offer samples if you’re unsure what to choose, which makes the experience even better. Definitely a must-visit for gelato lovers!

SHUT THE FRONT DOOR! This shop is amazing! We are gelato snobs and this place exceeded expectations. Best value is to get a waffle cone. Just go!

This is an amazing location with amazing service! If you want to actually enjoy your ice cream and get a LOT of ice cream this is the place!

I have been to Italy recently but Gelato here much better, tried 3 flavors, raspberry, wild cherry and pistachio in a waffle cone, a lot. I want to try other flavors next time.

We love this little spot and they have so many flavors to from. Personal favorite is the seasonal white chocolate peppermint. Absolutely yummy!

They offer promotions once in awhile and you should take advantage of them. Super friendly and tastes great!

I don't understand why their hours are incorrect. Came by at 8:40 when they close at 9, and they were already closing for the night.

If you close earlier, post the correct hours.

Despite my first time trying this gelato inside a shopping mall, this has to be the best gelato I have ever had. Excellent taste, texture and flavor selection. I got the chance to try pistachio, peach and espresso. If I had a bigger sweet tooth appetite, I would’ve selected all three. It was super gelato satisfying and won’t regret buying it.

They also have another location in Laguna Beach area if mall is too hectic for those who are anti-crowd people.

A wonderful gelato spot, and an excellent vendor for your event as well! We had them bring gelato for our wedding, and our guests absolutely loved the gelato! We had six different options to choose from, and people loved mint chip, espresso, and mango! The booking process and tasting process was easy and covenient. Highly, highly recommend for any of your events you are looking to impress your guests.

One of the best gelato ive ever had! Its worth the price, I highly recommend going. When I went there was a long line, but the wait and price was worth it. The gelato didnt have air pumped in, and it was heavy and sweet!

I asked the whole staff for there favorite flavor they gave it to me no hesitation this CHRIStmas eve 2023 @ 4 pm all 4 staff were very helpful and even gave me a cup at the end with my cone give these guys a raise good job yall gelato tastes great to MERRY
