I still don't understand how a white man could open such a healthy and delicious Chinese restaurant!
The flavours are so good, his dumplings are made of chicken, and although they are very delicately made, it's hard to tell they are made of chicken.
The service is always warm and attentive, reflecting the excellent culture of the staff at this restaurant.
