I was told that this was the best coffee shop by someone who also hated Starbucks and other large chains. So naturally I go in and order a simple honey vanilla latte because I think that it as a drink is a great way to gauge how good a place is. As a coffee snob I was able to tell from the taste exactly how they made the coffee. They used a dark roast and then burnt the hell out of the beans and the water they brewed it in was way too hot. However I did appreciate the vibes and the selection of coffee makers they had for sale. Otherwise I hate this place and Starbucks would have tasted better

Update: I have now looked at the response of which I do greatly appreciate. I do still stand by my initial opinion that it was burned and tasted like cigarettes and rubber all of these problems are very fixable. I will be returning to this coffee shop later this week adjusting my order to a light roast honey vanilla latte brewed at 90 degrees which is around the perfect temperature for extracting the broadest flavor from the beans with the least bitterness as according to the SCA. With this I should be able to fairly review the actual quality of your beans and brewing techniques.

I do not recommend this establishment, I was treated rudely in this establishment, then when I picked up the coffee there was some kind of it was as if someone had spat in it,

Terrible service. They gave my order to someone else and at the same time were rude and did not return the coffee. This is not the first time. You order one coffee, and they give you something completely different and then they start arguing. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN AND I WILL RECOMMEND IT TO ALL MY FRIENDS.

Was craving some quality coffee in Orange County and was recommended this little place. I’m glad a gave it a try, because honestly this is some of the best coffee I’ve ever had, regardless of county/state/country. The service is always top notch and the drinks never disappoint. There are plenty of other coffee houses nearer to where I live, but this one is easily worth the longer drive.

Very bad service!!

The freshness of the espresso here is unmatched. I live for their Americanos, and only buy beans from here. It's a bit pricey, but so much better and flavorful than other chain coffee stores

This has to be the best coffee shop in SoCal! Maybe even beyond!! Nothing even close in Orange County to the overall experience! First came here over 15 years ago. Back visiting and it’s still over the top!! Look up the story of Kean also!!

Really like the atmosphere. It’s a very spacious coffee shop with decent amount of seatings outdoors and a few indoors. Coworkers are all friendly, helpful and patient when ordering and serving. We had one who came up to our table to help us clean it before we sat down which was amazing!

Food was perfect! Ham and cheese croissant was very flaky which is what croissants suppose to be. Their quiche is also very good! Tried their spinach one.

Like what others have emphasized (do to their potential work free, antisocial free environment) there are no outlets or free WiFi available but there’s a free guest parking garage next door.
