The restaurant itself was clean, but I found the restroom situation a bit frustrating. You need a code to access the restrooms, and customers aren't allowed to have it. Every time you need to use the restroom, you have to wait for an employee to enter the code for you. I found that to be inconvenient. I hope the manager considers changing this policy. It would be much more convenient for customers to have easier access to the restrooms without needing to wait for an employee each time.

I always love visiting this location. Jacqueline at the PCH Newport location greets me almost every morning when I get my daily coffee. She is always so professional, friendly, kind, helpful and even showed me how to use the app. Jacqueline has the nicest demeanor and because of this my visits to this location are always beyond pleasant!

The food is good, but the staff is terrible. There's a woman, I think her name is Guadalupe, who treats all the customers very badly and treats the food delivery workers even worse. I saw her grotesquely and unpleasantly demand that a Latina woman let her see her cell phone so she could deliver an order. I think there are other ways to treat people, and besides, ma'am, if you're having a bad day, don't work like that. Go home, and when your temper passes, come back to work. People are treated well. It was very uncomfortable watching her serve us all with a "sad" look on her face.

Service through the drive-thru young girl, I will get her name and call corporate, with aditude on my drink order . Telling me I was wrong on what I ordered. Very rude. Also when I get to my destination, I was missing one of my breakfast sandwiches.
