The chicken strips tasted like gummy chewy rubber. I couldn’t get off the toilet for 5 days. I felt like i cleared my intestines. Felt like i got factory reset. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. Don’t buy the chicken strips unless you wanna suffer in pain for 5 days. Thanks.

The restaurant itself was clean, but I found the restroom situation a bit frustrating. You need a code to access the restrooms, and customers aren't allowed to have it. Every time you need to use the restroom, you have to wait for an employee to enter the code for you. I found that to be inconvenient. I hope the manager considers changing this policy. It would be much more convenient for customers to have easier access to the restrooms without needing to wait for an employee each time.

I always love visiting this location. Jacqueline at the PCH Newport location greets me almost every morning when I get my daily coffee. She is always so professional, friendly, kind, helpful and even showed me how to use the app. Jacqueline has the nicest demeanor and because of this my visits to this location are always beyond pleasant!
