Upon arrival, there was no host as they were still setting up the restaurant. We were promptly seated after a short wait and all was fine. The outside patio had signs of neglect; ants and insects, dirty / dusty walls, furniture and floors, bushes and trees that have not been trimmed, etc. Server was slow to take order; we waited for 20 minutes before order was taken as we watched tables around us that sat at the same time wating before our order was taken. Unfortunately, this was only as a result of the server not returning after our initial greet. The restaurant had about 3-4 tables only. Food was great. Service lacks the hospitality and charm it once had.

Reliably amazing every single visit. Started w Capreze Salad and Pane Bianco. We shared Nancy's Chopped and the Foccacio Recco. I added the Octopus app, she added Frascatelli. Butterscotch Budino and cobbler for desserts. Every thing delicious.

Great waiter, delicious food. We had Nancy's chopped salad and goat cheese pizza with burrada appetizer and garlic bread. Everything g was perfect. Wonderful experience as always!

Not a fan of whatever seasoning was on bread served with meatballs which we tried for the first time, but always LOVE the rustic bread that has that garlic buttery crispness. So good! Cacio Pepe is great. And never leave without having the Budino, Caramel Culpetta & Nancy's Chocolate Chunk Cookies!

The food was good but the AC wasn't working in the room where they sat us. So it was 81° while we ate our dinner and it was so uncomfortable. We asked to cool it down but were told it's not possible. We ate and left as quickly as possible. For these prices I'd expect to be comfortable.

Mozza is always amazing. HOWEVER OPENTABLE needs to do better with there reservations systems. When I searched for a reservation - it only had 1:45 pm available. Mozza closes at 2pm!!!! We were so shocked when we showed up. Had to order right away. The staff at Mozza were so kind and never rushed us but we would have liked to have relaxed and taken our time. DO BETTER OPENTABLE!

I ordered pickup, a pizza & beet salad. The beet salad had maybe a tablespoon of yogurt a few crumbles of feta and barely a single beet cut up for about $18. Pizza was tiny, skimpy amount of topping, floppy mushy with lots of crust which was crunchy, for approximately $28.
Very disappointing

Went to Mozza for my husband's Birthday. Service was great, food was good, but not amazing like it has been every other time we've dined there, which was a let down. We started with the panne & prosciutto which were delicious , but the buffalo mozz that accompanied it was just ok. We will be back, as we love dining there, hopefully the quality will be better.

Our server must have been having a bad evening. We were seated on time, but waited quite a while before being helped by our server. He was not attentive at all. Our food came out by other servers. I wanted to order a glass of wine, but the server failed to come around. My husband walked up to the bar and another server offered to take the order. The other server delivered the glass of wine. The food was delicious, as usual. We will be back, but we will make sure we are in another servers section.

We had a delicious meal and great service. We decided to eat early on a Tuesday, so we were the only customers for the first 30 minutes. After that, the dining room was filling up.

Great food. Outdoor seating is loud with the traffic but they turned down the music for us which we appreciated. We had a large party so service took some extra time but our waiter was so lovely and it was great.

I didn't want to believe the other reviews because I used to love this place. Unfortunately, Chef Nancy would cry herself to sleep if she ate at her own restaurant. The manager needs to learn from Will Guidara and read Unreasonable Hospitality. The service and attention to customers is abysmal. 1. There were two tables occupied. Ours and a two-top. No one was there, but there were five servers on the floor. So why did we have for water three times? 2. Ordered the branzino. Asked the server if someone can remove the head for us. There were 6 diners in the entire restaurant and yet the chef said he wouldn't do it. I've eaten around the globe and whether in a Michelin restaurant or casual Mexican restaurant, I've always had a fish deboned with ease. Even if that is the policy (which they stated) there were two chefs and three line cooks doing nothing in the kitchen. 3. We ordered the beet salad and noticed what I thought could be nuts. Our guest has a nut allergy so I asked our server to clarify what the topping was. Never replied. 4. The oven was broken. I get it, things break. But according the reviews I read it was already broken for the entire week. So 1. Let's guests with reservations know that dishes aren't available prior to coming. The lasagne was made in the hearth and came out so black, it looked like a charred brick. The two stars are for the salads (which are always delicious).

This was the saltiest meal I've had in a long time. We couldn't finish and left our food. Service is great, ambience is nice. We will not be going with the amount of salt they put in everything

Just awful. I don't know what's happened to this place but we've been coming for years and the food tonight was just terrible. The meatballs were so overly salted, they were not palatable. The chicken was dry and tasteless and their pasta dishes pedestrian. The only good dish was the pizza. Their prices have gone up so that the value just isn't there anymore. Won't be returning.

We have been eating at this location for many many years. Although the food is still very good, I do believe the quality has slipped a little. upon our most recent visit, they took our favorite dessert off the menu, which was Apple pie. Probably the best apple pie I've ever had and substituted it for a fruit galette of some sort. It was absolutely awful. And while we're on dessert, the cappuccino is the worst I've ever had. I don't understand how restaurant was such good food conserve such awful items at the end. I will say the new appetizer of corn al Forno is delicious. And the Caprese salad is very unusual but excellent. Overall or rather mixed experience with some items being the best I've ever had and a couple being extremely disappointing. Please put back the apple pie.
