Valet parking for 13 dollars. Shouldn't have to pay that much to park. Disappointed.

CHAUSTER BUFFET

JUST STOP BY WEEK AND NO IMPROVEMENT OF MENU. THE SAUCE FOR MEATBALL WAS TOO SALTY, WORST THAN MCDONALD FRENCH FRIES. THE BREAD ON PIZZA HAS NO FLAVOR, THE SALAD WAS TASTELESS, NO NEW DISHES TO TRY AND STILL DONT OFFER FRUIT DRINKS OR DISHES. ALL THE ORIGINAL EMPLOYEES ARE GONE.THE PLACE WAS DEAD. VALET PARKING ONLY OTHERWISE WALK A FEW BLOCK TO GET TO THE PLACEParking: YOU HAVE TO WALK A FEW BLOCK TO FIND PARKING. IT VALET PARKING ONLY AND IT 10.00

Dining at Pizzeria Mozzo, owned by Joe Bastianich of Master Chef fame, my girlfriend and I were enveloped in an atmosphere that marries New York City sophistication with a cozy, inviting vibe. The decor, featuring wine bottles and earth tones, sets a modern yet warm backdrop for an exceptional meal. Our culinary adventure began with a caprese salad, far from the ordinary with its handmade mozzarella—not your typical cut-up logs or balls—presenting a fresh twist that captivated our taste buds. The pizza, boasting buffalo mozzarella and the freshest of tomatoes atop the thinnest imaginable crust from a wood-fired oven, was simply out of this world. The apple pie with gelato dessert perfectly encapsulated the meal’s excellence, balancing the warm pie with cool, creamy gelato for a sublime finish.Pizzeria Mozzo stands out not just for its food but for its dedication to quality and innovation in every dish. With impeccable service rounding out our dining experience, it’s a gem that promises not just a meal, but a memorable culinary journey.Parking: On street parking is hard to find so you’re left with valet for $13

It's been a number of years since we last dined at Mozza. The food was good, not outstanding and certainly not on par with Chris Bianco. The service was certainly on the verge of being poor. We didn't get the feeling that we were anything other than taking up table space. We will not be back...

I've ordered take out from here a few times. Unfortunately, this dining experience was underwhelming. Service was below par. The chopped salad has definitely changed.. hardly any salami or cheese! The pizza was above average.. the cauliflower appetizer was our favorite item. I also hate to spend $13 to park my car. I most likely will not return.

Our luncheon dining experience yesterday afternoon was highly enjoyable. We were greeted warmly when we arrived and despite a reservation for outdoor seating, we were invited to sit anywhere we preferred. The Waiter/Serving Staff were extraordinary and knowledgeable. They invited our questions and helped us gauge dishes to sample that would be delicious yet wholeheartedly unique to our pallets to ensure our visit would be memorable. The food was lovely to say the very least and the ambience was filled with laughter and genuine togetherness. We will return in the future to this amazing culinary experience that is a feast for the senses. Thank you Nancy Silverton and The Chef's Table. If we hadn't been inspired by your story, I'm afraid we never would have found your truly dynamic and scrumptious gem of a restaurant. Hugs with sincere gratitude, The Family Gutierrez

Highly recommended. We've been coming for years, always superb in every way. Service is always terrific. The food is spectacular. And any issue or problem quickly and easily resolved. My favorites include their take on the caprese salad, accompanied by pane bianco. The lasagne is as close to what you get in Bologna as I've ever tasted. The one steak offered is possibly the best in LA - and I'm a steakhouse lover. The pies are crafted beautifully. You can't miss with anything on the menu, really. But save room for dessert. They're all amazing.

I consider myself a very fair and honest reviewer so I will tell it like it is. Fortunately my husband decided not to pay $13 for valet and we walked 5 minutes to get to and from the car because we didn't stay all that long. The room is quite nice with high ceilings and a lively vibe, unfortunately we were seated right beside the kitchen entrance so we had a stream of staff flying by constantly. That was not the main issue, our waiter was not knowledgeable, friendly or pleasant. My husband ordered a pizza app and we ordered pasta for the main. It took 30 minutes for a 90sec pizza to show up. He enjoyed it,however the pasta was...Yuck, there is actually too much to say about this but I will tell you that they were not eaten and returned. A return to this restaurant is unlikely.

The service was amazing. The food better than I thought, because I tried things I hadn't had before. We ordered in stages and never had to wait long. The waiter was very helpful with the “Italian” menu. We will definitely go back.

The pizza, bread, and salad was fantastic as usual. The Copetta was incredibly good as always special. Pizzeria Mozza is consistently excellent. My favorite restaurant in Newport Beach!

Excellent experience. Been to both downtown and the Newport Beach location. Both tremendous. Food was exceptional although I wish the Newport Beach location offered the burrata which one of my favorites. Took a friend and they were amazed at the funghi misti pizza. Loved it!!! All in all a great experience.

Food was delicious - we had grilled bread (which was fantastic and I am not even a bread person), amazing mozzarella which had a little pesto and cherry tomatoes, the chopped salad and mushroom pizza. Everything was fantastic! I think our server was Johnny and he was so helpful and attentive. We would definitely come back!! Highly recommend

We just had a delicious dinner here, but we'll never come back. Why? Their valet behaved as rudely as I have ever experienced. When we arrived, we paid the attendant and he told us to simply park the car in the lot and keep our keys. When we finished dinner and went to the lot, another valet on duty scolded us for keeping our keys, telling us that we "messed up the lot". When I told her that we were simply following her colleague's directions, she accused me of drinking (I don't), and proceeded to escalate the matter. And then, when I went back in to alert the front desk about the issue, the hostess kindly listened to this completely ridiculous story, then offered to give me the valet company's information so I could complain to them.No. Mozza, you've employed this company to serve your customers. It's your problem if they're chasing away business. As for the valet: Don't want to deal with my car in your lot? Good for you, you'll never have to again!
