I went to a coffee shop and was waiting in line when, unexpectedly, my one-year-old daughter projectile vomited. I was in complete shock, but my first instinct as a mother was to turn her toward me to avoid getting anyone else messy and to comfort her. Once she was done, someone pointed out that there was a trash can nearby. The staff behind the counter gave off rude vibes, telling me to “go to the bathroom and clean up if you need to,” while chatting among themselves. Staff seemed more concerned about who would clean the mess but with more so like “ughhh” than about my daughter’s wellbeing.

My way volunteer to clean it up by asking for a mop, but I have never felt more embarrassed and uncomfortable as a mother. I stepped outside to further care for my daughter and could still hear staff and others talking about her. This was incredibly disappointing—especially in a place staffed mostly by women. In situations like this, compassion and understanding should come first, not judgment

Amazing coffee and chai! Perfect for a mid afternoon pick me up or to help wipe the sleep from your eyes! Visit everytime we are in town and the baristas are always the sweetest, most welcoming people. We will be back!

A must-visit everytime I'm in town! Truly great coffee, friendly service, and great view of the ocean. Their seasonal menus always fit the vibe and are absolutely delicious! I would highly recommend to anyone needing a quick caffeine fix!

Matcha latte: get it with oat milk! Way better, had it with almond. Watered down.. it just taste better with oat milk. Cranberry orange muffin was yummy

Very convenient because it is right next to the beach, the workers have great attitudes, and deserve their tip. Cold Brew was alright.

Cute place. Good vibes. Excellent service and conveniently located right by the pier Good Variety of great coffee and pastries. Very busy little coffee shop with tons of locals. On the weekends there is a line out the door but to be expected. I have to go here every time I go to Newport

Stopped by Newport Coffee Co. with a good buddy of mine before heading to a business walk for entrepreneurs. I have passed by this spot so many times but never had the chance to try it until today. Almost every time I drive by, there is a line out the door which definitely catches your attention. I ended up getting a matcha latte with vanilla sweetener and whole milk. It was solid—smooth and not overly sweet, which I liked. My business partner got a classic iced drip coffee and it was gone in a few seconds, so no complaints there.
That said, while the drinks were good, it was nothing crazy or unforgettable in my opinion. I may not have ordered the thing everyone raves about, but for me it felt pretty standard overall. Nothing that would make me go out of my way to come back unless I was already nearby. It is definitely convenient if you are in the area or just want a decent cup of coffee or tea by the beach. Friendly staff and clean spot, just not something I would hype up beyond that.

Iced coffee was fine. It's the bad attitude that I could without.. I wasn't asking for anything I'm not paying for. The girl at the front couldn't answer she just grunted like a two year old being latino can't help but think would I have been tried differently if I was blond and blue eyed. Won't go back
