Friendly and good service
Very good
The real secret to good chili is not a single magic ingredient, but a layering of deep flavors. This involves browning the meat well, blooming spices in oil and I think Charlie Chili got it right! We sat outside this past Friday later afternoon and our server went above and beyond in customer service

A casual and slower paced spot on weekdays, perfect for enjoying a meal while watching the crowds go by. It's a great place for a big breakfast on the beach, with good-sized portions that could be shared. The kids options were great, and the outdoor seating lets you people-watch by the Newport Beach Lifeguard HQ.
