Great restaurant, even if Mexican isn't my favorite cuisine. But very good food and excellent service.

This restaurant needs to do better about reservations and wait times. Every time we go, we always have to wait an extra 20-30 mins beyond our reservation time. It's clear that the restaurant overbooks on reservations.

I really love this place when we come here once a year with my family on my b-day it's always my first choice The food and the drinks are just amazing and very delicious! We definitely will be back soon!

Very good experience. We love the RedO as a Sunday brunch spot. I had the Caesar salad with Carne Asada, wife had the Carnitas plate and my mom the Enchiladas Suiza. All the food was great. Leonardo did a great job serving us.

We recently celebrated a birthday at Red O. Food was great, I had the rack of lamb and it did not disappoint. Service was great and drinks were very good!

Service was incredibly slow. We waited over 15 minutes for the server to welcome us at our table, offer us drinks, chips, salsa, etc. Then we waited another 20 minutes for those to arrive. The server was all over the place. They have a new process of checking out using a digital tablet which took several attempts before it worked (needed new batteries) which was extremely annoying and very impersonal. I've had good experiences at Red O in the past, however I find their service and overall guest experience does not match up to the price you pay for a meal.

I celebrated my 24th birthday here with a few of my friends and had a great time. Very fancy and definitely a good place to dress up for. food was absolutely amazing everyone had such a fun time.

We went for dinner on our 42nd anniversary last night. Everyone from the front desk girls to the food runners to our fabulous waitress Kendra went over the top to make our night special. The ambience is so nice in that restaurant and they put us in front of the fireplace, which was beautiful. The food was amazing, as it always is. They even brought out a surprise dessert for us with a big sparkler cone in it! We will definitely be back very soon!

The steak and lobster was really good! I also like the Mexican fries. My server was amazing too she had excellent recommendations.

Very noisy - extremely loud music! High energy! I'm probably just too old for this restaurant. And, the wait staff seemed more interested in removing our dinner plates than serving. While one person in a party of two is clearly still eating, I don't think the other person's plate should suddenly disappear.

Such an amazing time with my friends, food was a 10 service was amazing and the mocktails were delicious.
