As always, pandor has quality food but a few things to call out.
This location was dirty. End of day and flies in enclosure with cookies/pastries. Empty cups/plates as many tables weren’t serviced (to be fair, they were understaffed, only 2 ppl running a whole business).
Young man in front was really forgetful. Our tea came out iced. When we mentioned it, he took 0 accountability or even apologized. Then after a while we noticed they hadn’t brought out croissant when they brought out crepe, I asked the gentleman, he gaslit me into thinking I didn’t pay for one and refused to give me a receipt. So I go outside and enjoy my mocha with no pastry.
Then as we’re leaving, he comes outside and said “I guess I was wrong, you did order a croissant”. No apology, and I didn’t want it anymore, before I could tell him, he places the to go bag down, turns and leaves.
I frequent other locations, this was by far the worst cleanliness and customer service.
I really would be cautious about ordering food from here. Stand in line and watch how they handle the food. It will make your stomach turn. One gloved hand, nose wiping with the other, using ungloved hand to wipe the outer rim of a plate going out to a customer....coffee was fine though but there's plenty of coffee places where I don't have to question the food safety.
Overpriced and whatta lame bread. I bought pan au raisin and the crust was hard and dry.
Delicious food & Radwan is so nice!!! 😃✔️
Their honey vanilla latte was delish! And their raspberry tart was tasty as well.
Maybe the best bakery I've been to in the US. I'm French and my uncle was a baker. Everything was good in this bakery: baguette, croissants, sandwiches.
Nothing special. My almond croissant was burnt, and the tiramisu had a weird texture and didn’t taste right
I visit this place periodically to have breakfast, the staff is always friendly, the food is delicious and the atmosphere in the restaurant is good, I recommend it to everyone
Hard to believe but all pastries were covered in flies. Horrible..

Saturday morning 10:30 , Can’t make change for a five dollar bill when purchasing a $4.25 item. No ones no quarters only nickels dimes and pennies. She asked if I thought they were Bank of America… What a rude comment. I don’t expect that attitude from a retail establishment. I told her to shove it and asked for the manager, who turned out to be her daddy. He became very defensive and asked me never to come back, which I will gladly do. What a way to treat a retail customer. Cash is still king and they’re attitude will help them fail.
Not happy with this rude, young asian male staff, waited for 20 minutes for $20 sandwich! Few customers only. Leave this place!

The best place to go for breakfast, break croissants and bread. Reminds me of Paris . Try Lebanese breakfast, salmon fume crepe and eggs Benedict saimon fume. The best service ever, highly recommend
