Manager sean/shawn is extremely rude and only cares about being right rather than providing quality service. He lies, too, saying the kitchen is busy and that’s why our second order came out 15 minutes after our first order and after everyone else’s seated around us. All you have to do is offer an apology rather than excuses to make yourself feel like you won a battle with a customer.

Like others have said, the pastries are baked unevenly. The almond croissant was half dry and overcooked. Check your ovens. Check your attitudes.

Absolutely amazing food but kitchen closes early and many of the staff especially whoever answers the phone are extremely rude. Orders cancelled without explanation. This is consistent and we are regular customers. Management should consider impact on customers, it makes us not want to visit or have any contact with Pandor, though we really enjoy the food. Also, please consider updating the hours on Google to reflect the actual hours open.

A little different but delicious! I tried the Breans and Eggs and was so happily surprised! The bakery items all smelled divine and the employees were super friendly. Can't wait to visit again next time I'm in the area.

they’ll make you get your food if you’re too far away .. there are regulars that go every week and they can be really rude. The young cashiers are great we think it’s the owners .. sometimes they hang out inside the restaurant

Great service, nice atmosphere and a good price. Staff is great and the big guy in the picture gives the place a personality, it is worth the drive from Tustin even though there is a Pandor a mere 3 minute walk from my house (see my last review).

I highly recommend this place

This is our regular favourite weekend breakfast spot. Has got a wide variety of food choice for everyone and lots of outdoor seating area so our little fury baby always comes with us.

This is one of our favorite places to go and have breakfast. My wife and I go there at least twice a week. They have the best sandwiches and the bakery section is amazing specially, the almond croissant you will not be disappointed.

As always, pandor has quality food but a few things to call out.

This location was dirty. End of day and flies in enclosure with cookies/pastries. Empty cups/plates as many tables weren’t serviced (to be fair, they were understaffed, only 2 ppl running a whole business).

Young man in front was really forgetful. Our tea came out iced. When we mentioned it, he took 0 accountability or even apologized. Then after a while we noticed they hadn’t brought out croissant when they brought out crepe, I asked the gentleman, he gaslit me into thinking I didn’t pay for one and refused to give me a receipt. So I go outside and enjoy my mocha with no pastry.

Then as we’re leaving, he comes outside and said “I guess I was wrong, you did order a croissant”. No apology, and I didn’t want it anymore, before I could tell him, he places the to go bag down, turns and leaves.

I frequent other locations, this was by far the worst cleanliness and customer service.

I really would be cautious about ordering food from here. Stand in line and watch how they handle the food. It will make your stomach turn. One gloved hand, nose wiping with the other, using ungloved hand to wipe the outer rim of a plate going out to a customer....coffee was fine though but there's plenty of coffee places where I don't have to question the food safety.

Overpriced and whatta lame bread. I bought pan au raisin and the crust was hard and dry.
