Employees were extremely helpful but especially the manger Karen and Niles. I was shopping for an Instacart customer who requested a bottle of wine I was not familiar with and unable to fine but Karen ran over to the aisle got it for me. Then when my app glitched she kept me calm and helped me move all the groceries out of the way so I could call customer support. Not the employees fault but the staffing is way down so lines have gotten crazy at times. Super helpful friendly people and better meat selection usually than the other. Not sure who decides how many checkers to put on the schedule but may want to address that? Either way if this place went away I would go all the way to Bristol farms and not the other ralphs.
