Terrible customer service. The lady that was training the new employee has ZERO customer service skills. I said good morning and she didn't even acknowledge me. Rude and short attitude, not usually what you get at Starbucks. Also, she did not make my drink correctly. Do not recommend this location and even if I'm shopping at this Ralphs I will not get coffee from this Starbucks. By the way, this Ralphs has excellent customer service, maybe you can get them to give you a few tips on how to handle your customers.

Old Caucasian Ralphs clerk with glasses on Monday 11:30am just took long time at the men's restroom and left with crazy amount of p*** splashes all over the toilet seat and outside. I was waiting outside to take a piss and man... Gross!!! I immediately left the store, not even trying to fully get in the restroom either. As I was leaving the old clerk was announcing to the store "Security, code 13 in aisle blah blah." lmao I guess that code means gross stuffs in the toilet to be cleaned. He pooped all over and asking the poor security to clean those mess. Ewww.

Employees were extremely helpful but especially the manger Karen and Niles. I was shopping for an Instacart customer who requested a bottle of wine I was not familiar with and unable to fine but Karen ran over to the aisle got it for me. Then when my app glitched she kept me calm and helped me move all the groceries out of the way so I could call customer support. Unfortunately Instacart was not able to solve the issue and I had to have them take every thing back. I was super embarrassed and wanted to help but Niles assured me it was no problem. I was very appreciative to receive such great customer service in what would have been a frustrating situation.
We love this store, we are blessed to leave near a great grocery store. First, the produce is always fresh, staff is very friendly and very reasonably priced.

Not the employees fault but the staffing is way down so lines have gotten crazy at times. Super helpful friendly people and better meat selection usually than the other. Not sure who decides how many checkers to put on the schedule but may want to address that? Either way if this place went away I would go all the way to Bristol farms and not the other ralphs.

Best place to get good deli's and groceries too.Look for "Reina" cz she's d best in making yummy sandwiches!!! All employees are very helpful and friendly too

This is a very unique Ralph's. It's very small and I think a little more expensive then the one down the street. I think it kind of caters to the upscale neighborhood around the corner. The staff is friendly and the place is very clean, what else can one ask for?

This is my favorite Ralph to go to because of the customer service at check out! The cashier's are amazing. The store's produce always looks fresh and is very kept up with compared to some of the Ralph's I've been to. Although the Ralph's is small, it's convenient and the customer service is excellent!
