I am in town visiting from across the country and this is one of the best sushi places I have ever been to. I say that as a person who worked for seven years in a sushi establishment. The service is so fast and the employees are so kind. Our sushi was delicious and even their desserts are great. We went back twice and it is truly just an exemplary restaurant. I know I have their staff to thank for my experience, so thank you guys! Keep it up 👍🏼
Don't pay $250 for omakase in OC.
Found the same quality for 1/5 of the price in t Sushi District.
Chef is truly from a high-end omakase background, so even the rice is different. Premium red vinegar seasoned, no need for soy sauce - perfectly balanced.
Starts with Otoro x Uni x Caviar special,
then Saba, Octopus, Buri non-stop.
Finishes with Scallop x Uni x Caviar signature. Look at this shine?

Came as they just open so got seated right away. Small place with roughly six tables and sushi counter seating with side patio seating. We went here to check it out since we heard the prices are quite reasonable and it is for the quality of the fishes. Parking can be rough during peak hours or weekends and holidays since it a small parking lot with ALOT of restaurants within the complex. Menu has plenty of great choices to choose from for sure.
