Was in Newport Beach a couple of weeks ago and stumbled on this bakery. My boyfriend and I went in and found amazing pastries and a nice lunch. The owner was up front and her and the staff were so helpful. Had to take some to go on our way out of Newport. Look forward to going back.

The services sucks here. The pastries are good. The sandwiches are not made to order. Multiple mistakes. Location is great but the faded silk flowers and service has me saying 'No Thank you' for now on. Eat at your own risk. Butter on a Club Sandwich? Gross.

I honestly expected much better from a bakery that claims to be French. Nothing about the food felt authentic — the bread wasn’t fresh, and the salmon was honestly a disaster. It tasted old and completely ruined the meal. I’ve had avocado dishes at many other cafés, and they’re always great, but here it was a big disappointment. For the price, the quality of the food was really unacceptable.
To be fair, the coffee was good and the service was friendly, but that doesn’t make up for how bad the food was. I wouldn’t recommend eating here, especially given how expensive it is for what you get. Hopefully they improve the freshness and quality, because right now it’s far from what you’d expect from a “French bakery.”

Our eyes opened wide as our eyes feasted on the delectable array of baked goods. We got to meet the owner and experience the friendliness of the staff. An outstanding almond croissant, best we’ve had.

Great local business
Very nice brûlée latte, it’s always my favorite coffee, and the meals are all yummy ! I tried many brunches and they were all great! It’s a good place for friends’ gathering, family reunion, or after dog-walking! This place is just next to a dog park.

This is just a cute little French bakery that I’m glad we found. I wanted a crepe and drove to another place that was no longer there. I ordered ahead and they had my order ready at the estimated time. If you want to sit down, there is outside and inside tables. There’s a lot of bakery items you can pick up and breakfast and lunch items. I would definitely return!

I have never believed it is ok for a restaurant to steal from their patrons. I asked for an omelette but without bacon, and substitute tomato. They wanted to keep the money for the bacon and charge me more for tomato. The up charge for bacon was twice that of tomato. I will never think this is an acceptable practice. If you’re upgrading for something more expensive please charge, but if the item is cheaper, even according to your own menu, that’s stealing.
