Stunning restaurant, underground parking lot and validated parking. Decent alcohol menu, very nice staff.

The Hamachi crudo was ok, nothing to write home about. All the sushi was imitation crab. No variety for the oysters. My risotto was undercooked and extremely citrus forward. $200 for an app, two beers, two entrees, 1 dessert.

We had a reservation for a bachelorette dinner and left mildly disappointed. The atmosphere and place were so cute! The drinks (most of us got starry night) were also delicious. Service took a while and we were always trying to search for our waitress who looked like she was taking care of a lot of tables. Most of our table ordered burgers, but we also tried the Cubano, cauliflower, tomato soup, and chicken tacos. One girl ordered off of the sushi menu and didn’t get her food until all of us were done. The waitress did apologize, but I vaguely remember her saying the sushi chef was on a break which caused the delay (peak dinner time might I add). We would have ordered another round of drinks but again couldn’t find our waitress so we decided to head out. We really wanted to like the restaurant (the soon to be bride has recommended it and was so excited to go), but it was slightly disappointing to say the least.

This was our first time at Shorebird and it did not disappoint! Everything was amazing. All 4 of us really enjoyed the Avacado fries and the deviled eggs. The chicken and waffles were cooked to perfection. My son really liked his Carne adovada y huevos. I might have to get that next time. Great price. Good food. Great service and a nice view of the marina. We definitely will be back again.

The first few times I had dined here, Mary's chicken dish was delicious but this evening I found it overcooked and my dish had a displeasing smell. The salmon was fine as were our drinks. I just didn't feel it was worth the money.

Best brunch we've ever had. Brought friends here. Lovely service. Great quality food. Huge portions. Loved the pancakes. Thank you.

It would be even better if happy hour applied to entire dining room vs just bar area. Otherwise consistently good food, nice service

Great location, excellent food and service. We wanted to experience a nice quiet dinner for 2 and that is what we received. We also noticed other larger parties having a wonderful time too.

First time here and we had a few birthdays experience was outstanding, beautiful view of the water and Lindsey at the front desk was amazing. She even gave me and my friend a little birthday card and Gustavo our waiter was on point it really matters when people smile and like their job and do an amazing job and this place hit it out of the park with customer service. The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful & The food and drinks were all so delicious. We were all impressed.! You should try this place. What a beautiful day in Newport Beach. We will definitely be back.
