Service was great prices were good staff was amazing. I would love to come back with all my kids. I took my 4 year old daughter, for some one on one time and she loved it.Thank you for great service
Very good dessert place. Highly recommended. The cone is acutally made of like a soft churro type bread and tastes really good. Many options.
Love this dessert, I recommend the mini sundae. 1 scoop and a mini cup cake. So yummy!

Between 2014-2018 I was going here almost 3 times a week. Service was great. Ice cream was excellent. My problem? They didn’t (and no longer even carry it) have chocolate chip ice cream everyday. The biggest problem? They make their whipped cream fresh daily and as soon as they ran out they wouldn’t make more. I don’t feel they really understand the clientele they are serving. At their price point “No” shouldn’t be in their vocabulary. Especially when someone comes in 3 times a week and it takes 5 minutes to make a new batch of whipped cream. Hopefully they bring chocolate chip back and learn “Yes” can be a much more powerful word than “No”.

What can I say??? I almost finished the whole coffee crunch cake my kids got for my birthday!!! Soooo good, but I had to stop myself!

I used to be very excited going to this place, but now they don't carry butter pecan ice cream anymore. Most of their flavors are either too sweet or just plain sour. I wish they can being butter pecan back to this place.
HORRIBLE SERVICE & BASIC CUPCAKES! Employee had a major attitude for no reason even though we had the space to have one for making us wait 20 minutes for an already made cookie that was supposed to be as simple as getting it from the back. Cookie was good but overall experience was some of the worst I've experienced. Cupcakes were not good either. Too bad, I've heard great things about LA location but this was no the case for Newport.
