I understand Starbucks inside stores and hotels can vary on policies. I've gone to resorts and paid double the price for the same drink at a regular Starbucks. I'm ok with that. What I'm not ok with is when a mistake was made of forgetting pumpkin spice creamer in my latte but I didn't have time to drive back to same store so I figure the Pavillions Starbucks could fix the problem. The girl working says she isn't even allowed to charge for the creamer and I had to purchase a whole new pumpkin spice latte. Very frustrating. Yet I'm directed to the same corporate number as all other starbucks to resolve the issue. Doesn't make sense!

Grocery store Starbucks are always never the same as a freestanding one but not sure how this one is even allowed to stay open. Only about a 25% chance of getting your order right, they are SLOWWWW, and the one down the street is packed since only tourists go to this one because it's so bad. Prolly been there 10x, very basic non special order is wrong almost every time, and it's like they move in slow motion.

No real customer service and half the time they close early even though the website and the app show them still open. 3 stars for their drinks being made fairly consistent.

This Starbucks is amazing! So clean! And very friendly and fast service! The staff there are incredibly kind. Khoi was especially helpful to me, as I was a bit lost (being from Massachusetts) and having problems with my phone. He assisted me to get an Uber! I am forever thankful! I would recommend this Starbucks!

Got hot mocha and mocha frappe. Both were both made to expectation. But only one barista working + taking orders, so took a really long time with about 8 orders ahead of me

This Starbucks is amazing. I have been to multiple Starbucks locations in Newport and this has to be my favorite one. The barista named Elma always goes above and beyond with making me and my boyfriend’s drinks. We come in almost every day during the week. She always has a positive attitude and really makes the start of our day.

I throughly enjoy the Strawberries and Cream Frappuccino! I can do without the strawberry Purée. The staff are friendly and courteous!
