I ordered a latte w “ no foam”! However i was served w full of foam. I asked the person whether he could get rid of foam reminding him that i ordered “ no foam”. Without any word, he snatched the cup, poured it off, made it again. When he put the cup in the board, i said “ Thank you! “.
Guess what?! He even didnt look at me, no word, just walked out!
What did i do wrong?!
I have never experienced this at any Starbucks for 30years!!
So...

Finally, a clean, and warm and welcoming Starbucks. They even were playing Hawaiian music while I waited. The staff was very friendly. I’m so happy this Starbucks is in my neighborhood now.
