Stone Oven in Fashion Island is the soul of the mall. To me, they are synonymous. The foodcourt space they occupy is large and the overall cooking space seems clean. This lunch was so good and I am highly impressed with the quality and how delicious these sandwiches are. Great choice of sides. We both got the BBQ Brisket sandwiches, which I highly recommend. We love this place and will eat here again.

This place is located in the food court at Fashion Island mall. We tried the BBQ beef brisket sandwich which had onion straws and guac on it. The bread is homemade and baked in the stone ovens. It was very good.
