The food is good, but I recommend eating in rather than getting takeout because they left stuff off my orders the last two times I ate there, and they don't make it right. You have to talk to their customer service contractor to get a refund for something they left off. No discount, no apology, nothing. If you eat in at least you can go up to the counter and get whatever they left off. Last time I went they didn't give me the rice I ordered. This time they gave me a whole poke bowl with no sauce!

The most mediocre poke place in Orange County area. It took a few minutes to even have someone to show up and take my order. The fish looked anything but fresh. No spicy salmon or spicy tuna options. The topping options were limited and honestly didn’t belong (maybe good for someone who’s looking for mushroom poke with citrusy sauces) but definitely not a clean and fresh type of poke. They have a $5 coupon for first time customers, but the catch is you have to sign up for rewards, download the app and give your credit card information,…(no thank you!). Overall not much worth recommending.

First time trying Sweetfin poke. Ordering online was easy. It was SO delicious and I loved the diverse, unique topping options. The salmon actually tasted fresh! No weirdly textured chunks at all. I will be bringing any friends that are craving poke to try this quick, casual but awesome place!

Went there last night for the first time. I was greeted by a friendly young lady who answered all my questions before I ordered. I got the Shiitake chili tofu poke bowl. I was pleasantly surprised. This bowl was so good and flavorful, especially if you're looking for something plant based. I will definitely be back to try another bowl.

The sizes here are pretty sad. A small and a large. The large size did not even fill me for the amount I paid. I got the gochujang bowl which is missing the very essence and flavors of a gochujang sauce, sweet and spicy. It tasted bland and the shitake mushrooms pickled in balsamic vinegar is a bad pairing. There's nothing really special about this place and it just seems like a white-washed poke spot. This is a Hawaiian dish that was stripped of its origins.

Got a large bowl with cauliflower rice, which was perfect for my diet. I’ve had cauliflower rice from other places that smells like farts, but Sweetfin prepped it properly. The garlic gochujang sauce is awesome. I’ll definitely be back.

Update-
I have spent 2 months writing multiple emails in which I have provided my original receipt, and credit card number. Still cannot get a refund. Really confused why this cannot be resolved. Changing from two to one star.

Wished the fish was fresher. I did not open my bowl until I got home. I cannot get through on the phone to an actual person to request a refund. Not a great experience.
Super bummed because I am starving and I love poke.
