I had just landed at SNA and looked up nearby coffee shops before I headed into the office. I actually found the one by the Google office but was turned off by having to park in the structure. I turned back toward the airport and redirected myself to The Lost Bean, which was 2nd on my search list. I found The Lost Bean off the beaten path and tucked behind a few apartment buildings. What an adorable outdoor coffee shop! It did have covering, but I liked that it was open to the elements. I arrived at the shop around 8am on a Tuesday morning. There was a customer picking up his order when I got there, and then there was a customer who came shortly after I had placed my order. That being said, I felt it wasn't that busy, but there was a steady stream of customers who kept the solo barista busy. The barista was very friendly and he made a solid latte for me. Sometimes all it takes for the start of a great day are a warm greeting and a well-made latte with quality coffee. I'll definitely back again. Though I didn't get fancy with my latte, their specialty lattes looked tasty. They also had a good selection of pastries and baked goods.

Cool, little coffee stand located in the heart of the Irvine business district. A little less pricey than Starb****, and a great outdoor seating area on a crisp winter afternoon. I love the nice quiet atmosphere without the typical noice of a normal coffeehouse. The calm is only occasionally interrupted by small planes from SNA.

My hot vanilla oat latte was great! Not too sweet, not sour, and the perfect temp. This is a coffee stand with a lot of generously spaced covered outdoor seating. A cool little spot in a place full of sterile business buildings. I would be back!

I can't believe I found this place by accident! Everything I've gotten has been made just perfectly. From iced to warm coffee, every drink I've had has hit the spot perfectly. This place has a beautiful peaceful setting that's outside, perfectly shaded and has great seating. Thank you Karun for always helping me pick out the perfect drink for that perfect coffee moment in my day.

Atmosphere is awesome. Fully outdoor coffee shop hidden in a business area. Coffee was good. I had the better than bulletproof which was pretty mellow. Had good flavor and not too sweet. Barista was nice and gave recommendations.
I love this place! Great neighborhood hangout spot. It is summer and so I usually get an herbal iced tea unsweetened. Friendly, welcoming staff. Support a local business! There is also a table near the door for community flyers and such.

A hidden gem! This place is tucked inside of Redstone, an office building here in Newport Beach next to John Wayne Airport. It's a little coffee stand with a good amount of outdoor seating, great for little coffee breaks. I ordered the Taro Latte, which came out pretty quickly and the presentation was wonderful. It had just the right amount of sweetness and it went really well with the espresso. I know they use powdered mix, but I think flavor can be improved.Either way, the service was excellent, and I felt welcomed the moment I stepped up! I totally recommend this stand to anyone in the area!

This tiny shop location has so much to offer! Perfectly situated in the middle of a business park, they have plenty of outdoor seating and a convenient walk up window for “grab and go”. No indoor cafe, just to note! There is a free 15 minute parking lot with a few spots, but there has always been one available for me. This location is a hidden gem and makes for the perfect specialty coffee grab close to the airport!

There monkey mocha was delicious!Update went there today & they were out of bananas again... This is my 3 time here & being that I go out of my way to come here for the monkey mocha which has a bannana in it, & last two x they were out of doesn't bode well..... Majority of coffee places got rid of there bannanas for some reason...& this place makes a tasty one! Here's to hoping you order enough B & won't loose my business...
