Wow. I'm at a loss for words. Simply exquisite establishment. The food was... indescribable. The staff was... Stupendous and exuberant!!

There was a lot of bald men working there... weird but funny and cool. One appeared to be a manager. He was so helpful.... staff was calling him Super Man. Not sure what that was about.

Event planner was excellent--kind and patient. Only spoiler was female server with long black hair, SHOVED my dish of food across the table. No attempt at courtesy. Brought the rating down for the whole team.

We had an amazing dining experience at The Old Spaghetti Factory in Newport, CA. The restaurant is absolutely stunning with a beautiful ambiance, and the food was excellent. Our server, Fermin, was outstanding and went above and beyond to help us choose our meals. He even brought us a sample of the cheese so we could decide on our favorite!

I ordered the Chicken Parmigiana and opted for mushroom sauce instead of marinara, which Fermand kindly recommended since...
