The Quiet Woman

I was so excited to try this place. We had a reservation for 9PM Saturday and my client drove all the way from Anaheim to try it. The bouncer looked at us, I can only assume racially profiled us (she is a black woman with a protective hairstyle), and said there was no reservation under my name. When I spoke to the manager over the phone he confirmed that there were two people that evening with a reservation under that name, which is the opposite of what the bouncer said. We paid the $10 cover (which is not supposed to be charged if you have a table) so my client could use the restroom after her long drive. There was no where to sit, and I have a broken foot, so we had to unfortunately leave without trying any of the food. When I spoke to the manager this morning he was clearly annoyed and did not return our cover. Such a bummer because I've heard good things about this place. Perhaps if we looked a bit different, we could have had good service as well. I never write yelp reviews, but I was so embarrassed in front of my client, and I hope no one else has to have a negative experience like this.

Great food and drinks. The service was wonderful!!! Would definitely return. We order steak frites, very tasty!!

I really wanted to like The Quiet Woman, but it was anything but quiet. The noise level was overwhelming—impossible to have a normal conversation without shouting. On top of that, our server was dismissive and rude, which made the whole experience even worse. The food was just okay, definitely not worth the chaos. Won't be coming back.

I love coming here so much!!! it's a restaurant I always look forward to! I love everything about this restaurant! I love the ambience. I love the staff... From Julius at the front and every single person that works here is just awesome and the food is incredible.... tonight I had the filet mignon with the equal yummy mashed potatoes and the Thai muscles as my appetizer.... They can't be a better combination in the universe! It's always such a treat to come here!

I ate a Turkish egg dish that the server recommended and it was absolutely fabulous so much better than ordering the same boring breakfast foods. Really like the ambience as well. Had a delicious French Sancerre. Pricey, but worth it.

We went on a Sunday for brunch and we got there just before it got busy so the service we received was prompt and friendly.The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. They did only have 2 employees working at a time and they did seem to get overwhelmed a bit, but the place is quite small so I don't think a third worker would fit. It got quite busy as our meal progressed, so once we got our check it took 35 minutes for the server to actually take our payment, which was fine we were having a leisurely Sunday anyway. 1000% percent recommend having reservations for brunch as the back deck is very small, but definitely worth a visit.

Quiet Woman is reliably one of the most fantastic restaurants in Corona Del Mar! The cocktails, wine list, menu items, desserts, and live music provide the perfect venue for friends together, and have a wonderful time!

Everything is always great here from the food to the service. There is a reason it has been around as long as it has.

Coolest spot but bartender is shady. A beer got spilt when I was handing her my card and she charged me for it. Strange customer service.

Management was great when we accidentally got our reservation time incorrect. The food options were abundant and the food itself could not have been more delicious! Exceptional service too! The band playing was amazing. Overall, it was a wonderful place, loud, but I'd definitely go again!

Loads of fun. Didn't eat but had drinks and listened/danced to the band. Great time. Packed.

Looks like a nice place for Date night if you get seated in the dining room. If you get seated by the bar the ambiance completely changes.

Amazingly excellent food. Crowded on the busiest nights, live music on weekends. A fun crowd and very professional servers.
