The food was okay, but the price didn’t seem worth it for a six inch sub, especially considering my order was wrong. The parking is terrible but only because no one understands the meaning of “compact”. But I won’t be returning after the service. If I wanted attitude, I could’ve gone to a much nicer restaurant.

In So Cal from Texas. A must have when in a place that has Togo's

This is my first poor review on Yelp. I'm always for supporting businesses and I realize that a significant amount of reviews are biased and unfair. I need to write this review as this Togo's has no consistency with their pricing and it is completely dependent on who is working that day. I usually will purchase two sandwiches (their gluten free wraps are small) and the price for two has ranged from $22 to $32 depending on who is working. You read that right, $32 for two small sandwiches (absolutely insane pricing). I've gone to the Togo's in Huntington Beach (which is a 30 minute drive from me) and the pricing is significantly cheaper. Due to the convenience of this Bristol location, I still continued to go. I received two of the worst sandwiches ever today and when I called they were no help in assisting me. As I tried to voice my frustration I was quickly hung up on. It's very safe to say that I will not be going back to this location.

So I went to this location for the first time since the pandemic hit last March. I definitely can see the quality and the customer service have completely gone downhill since then. The person who made my sandwich whose name is Vanessa I believe (tattoos visible on her arm) had to be asked by me to wear her mask correctly to cover her nose which was completely exposed. It's like seriously, there's a pandemic going on around us, people are still testing positive , and some still dying. So yes there's a vaccine and some people feel they don't need to wear masks or whatever but if you're prepping food in a restaurant that you don't own, you wear masks and gloves. I also didn't see her change gloves in between my sandwich and now it makes me wonder if she changed gloves before making mine. If your mask is too big, tighten it or get a new one. This is something that the manager needs to bring to her attention, not the customers. The manager is just floating around the front worried about the charges and the cash register. Look around you, look at your staff, confirm that they're changing gloves, making sure they're sanitizing surfaces, and that they're wearing their masks properly. I should've taken a picture of the sandwich. I asked her if they still had Dutch crunch bread but she proceeded to just get her hand and finger and point to the board and tell me that that's the bread that they have, like in other words that's all we have, take it or leave it. I ordered Parmesan but definitely not the bread they used to have. The sandwich was made so sloppy. I ordered a salad which she made herself and I've attached a picture or two. She asked me if I wanted a half or a full so I ordered a full thinking it was going to be completely full and fresh since she was making it herself but it definitely wasn't and look at all the onions she put! They were so strong I had to completely remove them but I could still taste them on the salad after they were all gone. She did the same thing with my sandwich. I ended up throwing the other half of my sandwich away, in fact regarding the salad the feta cheese my coworker said didn't smell good and upon closer inspection it didn't. It smelled really sour, not like fresh feta that normally has that salty bite to it, this tasted and smelled like bad milk. So it was dumped, the broccoli cheese soup was some sort of cheap cheese and it tasted like bad milk. I'm not really sure what's going on at this location or who owns it but the owner needs to get in there and figure out what's going on. This is the first time I've ever gone to a Togos where there isn't a line of people at a lunch hour rush. Maybe now we know why. I didn't take a picture of the sandwich because like I said I ate half of the first half , I got a large, and I dumped the other one because it just was so gross to me. I couldn't stand it with tons of onions and just sloppy but they made sure to make sure they charged me for my avocado and cheese additionally which was fine but I wish she had put that much effort in the way she was telling the manager what I ordered and at the added extras into prepping my food and providing good customer service and not the bad attitude. It's also important to note that the people ahead of me that were ordering were all asking for tomato or extra tomato and apparently they were out of tomato. What manager or owner has a sandwich shop specifically specializing in sandwiches, that doesn't run out to the local market or wherever they can to purchase some tomatoes just for the day and not wait for the vendor to bring them or something happened or whatever the situation is. That tells me that there's no pride in the store to give the customers good quality food or service. The price is reflective of Newport but unfortunately the service and the quality of food are not. If you don't want to work please stay home. There are plenty of people looking for jobs right now. Peopl

Stopped for a sandwich on my way to John Wayne Airport to catch a flight. Wanted a good sandwich because you're not sure what will be offered to you (if anything) on the flight. I ordered a turkey and avocado on wheat. Bread is so soft and fresh. Avocado was ripe and creamy as it should be. Turkey was very good.

The Togo's in Tustin was great, but covid took them out of business. The next closest one is in Newport Beach. Bread was not put away, it was left in a bag on the counter. Not happy that the hot and cold sandwiches are now mixed together. I walked I and said #7 so many times... The next one was the quality of the roast beef this store uses... Generic pressed deli loaf at best. Asked for tomatoes and got none. The third was no pepsi. So sad, too bad. They just lost a customer.

The sandwiches are really great. The prices are reasonable and they seem to be taking Covid seriously. Unfortunately for the poor staff, they never seem to have enough help and they are poorly managed.

Juanita made the Italian sandwich extremely hearty and generous amount of meat, cheese s and veggies. So good we came back the next day. We frequent various Togos and are extremely critical of who makes a good sandwich. We stopped going to Togo's on Bristol a few years back as the guys working were sloppy and sparse on the veggies, etc. We decided to pop in the other day as it is close by... thankfully we stopped. There was a new crew of lovely ladies that made us want to come back again for more sandwiches!

Horrible attitudes. I love their subs but every time I go to pick up my order the attitude I get is incredible. I have also noticed that the cashier handles food and condiments without washing hands prior to handling food. Disappointing

Love the asian chicken salad and the pastrami reuben on wheat bread.... The staff here are friendly too!

The location is very clean and the staffs are friendly. I got the Pastrami Ruben and it was a great sandwich. The ingredients are much better than what you would get from a Subway sandwich. I will for sure be back again.
