The lobster potpie was not worth the price of the dish. It was salty and just overall not great. The mojito was equally disappointing. Overall I wanted to like it but was very disappointed.

This review is not for the restaurant. the restaurant is nice. The review is for their clothing store. I used to shop there a lot but would never trust them and go there again because they lie.Las December, I spent $673.43 buying a few items from them. They told me that I'll get $50. gift certificate for each item I had bought, and I received a $150 gift certificate. I was supposed to use the certificates during January, so I went there on January 9, 2024. Since I didn't find anything I liked for myself, I decided to use my gift certificates to purchase a birthday gift for my Friend. I found a dress that I liked and the cost was $158. Before I purchased the dress, I told the sales lady whose name was Rose Marie, that my friend was very tiny and may need to bring the dress back for exchange. I asked Rose Marie several times that I'd want to make sure that my friend could exchange the dress for another as long as it'd cost $158 . Rose Marie assured me that exchanging for the same price dress would be OK as long as my friend would keep the tags, bring her gift receipt, and do the exchange within 90 days. So I bought the dress. The total cost for the dress was $158.62. Since I had a $150 gift certificate, Rose Marie charged my card for the remaining $8.62 and gave me the dress.Well, the dress did not fit my friend as I had suspected. So She went to the store to exchange the dress on 3/18/2024. Within the period Rose Marie had promised it would be OK. In addition, all the tags were on the dress. To my friend's surprise, the salesperson told her that she could only spend $8.62. My friend called me to tell me what was happening. I called the store to see what they were talking about when the cost of the dress was $158.62. the sales lady said the dress was $8.62. I was so aggravated and asked for a supervisor. NO ONE was helpful and they all lied.I don't usually write reviews but I felt obligated to do so on this case so that others would not get taken advantage of by this dishonest clothing store. I would suggest to everyone not to EVER buy a gift for a friend from them. They are not honest.

Every trip to Tommy Bahama in Newport Beach is a win. They've got this chill vibe that makes you feel welcome right away. What really got me last time was when I was feeling off, ordered soup, and they tossed in some bread and a note that hit the spot. It’s those small things that show they’re actually paying attention. The food's always good, straightforward without trying too hard. But it’s the little extras and the vibe that keep me coming back. If you're in Newport Beach, it's worth stopping by. They manage to make each visit feel like they're glad to see you, which is pretty rare.

Just want to say this is the second Tommy Bahama we went to, the other in Phoenix. We love this place, it is always great, the food is amazing and to top it off Collette our server was amazing. She really made our day. Thank you Colette and Tommy.

Jenny was a fabulous waitress, super attentive, and very pleasant. The general manager also took the time to ask about her experience and was very service, oriented and thorough as well.

At first we were given a booth too close to the open patio door. So, we asked the hostess to seat somewhere else and we were given a table more central and we were happy with that! Overall, we all chose an entree that we liked! We had an “Amazing “ server who even remembered me from last time! Look forward to the next time at TB's!

Big disappointment in that they keep cutting back on the filet mignon salad. First they took out the roasted potatoes and replaced them with a few "strands" of potato sticks, then they removed the tomatoes! Price has increased which I realize is inflation but if you keep removing ingredients what is going to remain? If you are not going to include tomatoes, then take them out of the menu description!

Nothing out of the ordinary. Food and portions were not bad but not the best. Perhaps not enough staff for the crowd but water pitcher sat empty once the initial pours emptied it. Had to flag down wait staff--thrice--for a refill.

We were seated by entrance which is never somewhere to want to sit. But the hostesses seemed overwhelmed so I didn't complain. We waited a long time for our order to be taken. We waited a long time for drinks. But dinner came quickly and looked like it had literally been thrown together. Our $50 steak was under cooked. Rare when we ordered medium rare. The Brussels sprout appetizer was swimming in grease. The macadamia crusted halibut was missing sides and special sauce it's supposed to come with. I would have asked our waitress to fix this but she didn't check on us for a long time and we were hungry so we just ate everything. I know this place has the ability to make a great meal but we did not get that. Disappointed. With all the restaurants around here we won't be coming back unfortunately.

This is a beautiful store with an extended hip and cool cafe. Nestled in the midst of a beautiful shopping mall you will find everything you need to take a break, kick your feet up and have a lovely lunch with your friends or by yourself. The atmosphere is lively, open air and energized. Our servers were intentional with service and style. The food was delicious. Artful is a huge bonus. Food that looks good then tastes good, better best is the expectation one might have with Tommy Bahama experience.I had the "World Famous Coconut Shrimp" which was placed on a vinegar sauce slaw and a sweet sauce. My friend visiting from Seattle, WA was hugely impressed with "Crab Salad."Just look at these pictures. The nice thing is you get a feeling that you are eating, not just good food, but making healthy choices. They seem to make a healthy selection of their produce because I'm allergic to a lot of pesticides and had no reactions.Bonus complimentary fresh baked bread and butter. Enjoy!!Vegetarian options: You can ask for vegetarian substitutions with absolutely no problem.Dietary restrictions: I personally am allergic to glyphosate the minute food goes into my mouth I will have an allergic reaction. I had none of that at any of the foods I ate.Parking: Tommy Bahama's is located in a very elegant strip mall with plenty.
