Steak frites was ordered medium with chimichurri on the side and came back well done with chimichurri on top. It was sent back and came back corrected. By that point, my husband's meal was finished. Nothing was offered in the meantime while I waited, and nothing was taken off our bill to compensate. My husband's bolognese was okay, definitely nothing special. The best part of the experience was the ambiance. Everything else needs improvement.
The atmosphere and ambiance are always so inviting and pleasant. Their food and desserts are absolutely to die for — truly impeccable! It's hands down my favorite spot in Lido. I keep going back and somehow, I always leave wanting more!
The food and service were excellent. Very attentive staff However around 7:30 the music was so load everyone had to shout to be heard. I noticed it at all the tables around us. so much so that we had to leave which was unfortunate. Other than that, it is very pleasant place to have a meal
