When we arrived they could not find our reservation. I confirmed the day prior. We both ordered fish tacos. The deep fried fish was so overcooked you could not bite into it. It was difficult to cut it with a knife. I really was not eatable. I didn’t complain because my sister was eating but had Trouble biting into it , because it was so hard. Nice place & our server was great but just have a nice drink & enjoy the view. We spent $120 for a terrible birthday lunch for my sister.

You have to pay valet parking $60 to buy a cup of coffee even though not busy time of day. Not recommended. Its good spot if you are not limit to spend money.

The only coffee shop I’ve seen in OC so far with a billion-dollar view 🀍
Loved the atmosphere and the coffee was amazing. I got an iced Hazelnut mocha (or something like that πŸ˜…) and it was just wow.
The service was superb!!!! I’d give it 10 stars!!!

The four-bedroom villas are exceptional, with the South Villas offering breathtaking, unobstructed ocean views. The food, service, and staff exceed expectations in every way. The New Year’s Eve dinner was outstanding. An unforgettable stay…. we will absolutely return.

Coffee hasn’t impressed me so far, and valet parking is now required ($25)

I’ve been to Pelican Hill Resort Cafe before and always loved the experience, but this recent visit was really disappointing. They no longer allow self-parking β€” only valet β€” which feels completely unreasonable, especially for guests who prefer to park their own car. The staff didn’t seem accommodating at all and simply said, β€œIt’s valet only.”

It’s frustrating to see how much the management has changed for the worse. What used to feel like a welcoming, guest-centered place now feels restrictive and out of touch. I truly hope they reconsider their policies and bring back the great service Pelican Hill was once known for.

Great view, but their latte tastes more like warm milk than anything else. I’m not sure what type of coffee they use, but my latte had no coffee taste or texture.

I had a wonderful experience at The Pelican Hill Resort CafΓ© & Market! I ordered a hot Earl Grey tea, which was served in a lovely teapot with a matching cup and a side of honeyβ€”such a thoughtful touch that made the experience even more enjoyable.

The ambiance was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful view overlooking the golf course. It was the perfect spot to relax and take in the serene surroundings. The staff was incredibly kind and professional, ensuring everything was just right.

Overall, a fantastic place to unwind with great service and breathtaking scenery. I’ll definitely be back!
