This location is my absolute favorite. I have never had a bad experience here. And the customer service is always top notch!! Everyone is super friendly, personable and gives good recommendations on drinks when asked! Today I encountered Maddy at the window and she was absolutely amazing and had such high spirits! I didnt catch the guys name who took my order in drive thru, but he was awesome also! Great work guys!
Jayla with her cute hairstyle and wonderful front of shop smile and service, and Maddy’s artistically skillful hands made my most recent stop fun and memorable. Thank you girls for being two of the greatest team players there!
Love this place

Dutch Bros Coffee is a popular coffee shop known for its friendly and kind service. Customers frequently praise the staff for their ability to make drinks correctly and provide great recommendations. The crew is recognized for their efficient handling of drive-through lines, even managing two full lines of about eight cars each with ease, ensuring that orders are taken well ahead of reaching the window. The positive attitude of the employees has made customers feel welcomed, leading to requests for birthday parties at the establishment. Many enjoy drinks like the Mocha Frappe and the iced vanilla protein latte, which is sweet yet sugar-free. The medium iced vanilla protein latte has about 200 calories and 24 grams of protein, making it a popular choice. Although there have been some instances of slow service due to short staffing, the overall experience remains positive, with quick service often reported. Customers have noted that the Nipomo location feels like family, with staff members who are friendly and quick with orders. The location is perfect right off the freeway, making it easy to stop by. While there is no indoor or outdoor seating, the vibe is great for a quick stop on the go. The employees ensure that each visit feels personalized, and many customers look forward to returning for their favorite drinks, like the Caramelizer or the Golden Eagle. The staff, including standout members, create an atmosphere that is both efficient and enjoyable, making the experience at Dutch Bros Coffee a 10/10 for many.
