“Sunshine Donuts makes the best, most consistent, traditional cake donuts I've ever tasted, bar none. I fell in love with Sunshine Donuts in SLO, and was devastated to learn they'd closed, and been replaced by the SLO DO CO Instagram donuts. I mean, nothing against Instagram donuts, but slodoco's donuts are way too sweet. And don't have the beautiful dough taste of Sunshine's. So I was OVERJOYED to find out that there was a Sunshine's in Nipomo, and it's the same recipes and menu! The apple fritters are the same, the donuts are the same, and it makes me so happy. I highly recommend coming here if you're a cake donut fan. It's better than Winchell's, if you're an LA donut fan. I know, HERESY, but Sunshine's got the (baked) goods to back it up. They're not the best raised donuts I've tasted, though those aren't bad. But the cake donuts are SO GOOD. And the apple fritters. And the buttermilk bars actually taste like their own thing, not just loaves of cake donut. They're closed for 3 weeks after Christmas, and when they open again, I'll be there with bells on, to start the new year right!“

“One star off because sometimes they are really slow to get through their drive through line, which is most likely due to short staffing. The staff that is there is always friendly and kind in that way all Dutch Bros staff is. They always make my drinks correctly, which is great. I hope they stick around because I like having another option in Nipomo, even if it isn't a local business.“

“Nosh Paleo Cafe was a delightful find. Cute space. The owner waited on me a fixed my order from scratch. She had a lot of good nutritional information to share as we both have a lot of food sensitivities. I ordered a gluten and dairy free waffle. It was served with cinnamon, 100% maple syrup and fresh berries. The waffle was crispy on outside and airy and moist on the inside. It was very good.“

“Driving around, looking for healthier options for lunch, and this gem popped up on google maps. When I saw that this was vegan, I was not entirely sure how it would taste. I was pleasantly surprised by both of the meals we ordered. The tacos were delicious and the BLTA hit the spot! We walked away feeling full and full of energy from the awesome food. The staff were very courteous and we will be coming back to try more delicious options.“

“My first visit to Julia's was this afternoon and I was quit happily surprised. I ordered the chicken mole tacos and a cup of the butternut soup and we ate every bite. The sign on the wall they buy farm fresh foods daily. It was very fresh and delicious. Plus the tacos were generously topped with a diced medley of veggies. The soup was for Dan, who loves squash. I usually don't like it at all what a wonderful surprise there too. I couldn't stop sopping at it. The entire experience will definitely have me returning soon! The two tacos and soup only cost us $21.00, another great reason to go back, we can't wait to try more of their healthy meals.“

“A must try ice cream parlor. Overjoyed by all the unique flavors of ice cream. FRESH made juices, smoothies, shakes and of course my all time favorite MANGONADA!! I was like a little child trying to decide what to order. I wanted to try it all. I decided on a waffle cone with fresh strawberrie and Churro ice cream. So yummy!“

“I found this place because my gym had advertisement on them and I wanted to check them out. I had a workout recovery drink that was strawberry cheesecake and I have gone another time since To try the protein churros.The owner has an Instagram account and you can check the different types of products that they have. “Every time that I go to the natural café, the service is fast, the food delicious, and the ambience, relaxing. I have gone twice by now and will be going again for lunch with my daughter! Last night I wanted something light for dinner and chose the veggie chili which comes with cornbread and I was curious about the so I tried a slice of coconut cake. I must say that there are different approaches that I've noticed we with vegan desserts based on who makes it. Sometimes they could be too sweet for my taste, but this time it was right on the money.“

“I have never seen a more wonderful and lovely spot for great smoothies. I have always gone here either when I or my mom were sick and she is sick rn too so more smoothies for us!I always get the lemon merengue smoothie and if I’m feeling up for a meal I get the tropical smoothie bowl. Right now they have pineapple, strawberries, bananas, and coconut shreds as toppings. They even have homemade snacks.“
