“i placed an online order via the mobile app for pick up and i arrived shortly after. i forgot an item to add and when i arrived the cashier was able to add it on to my order before charging me which was great. i had to wait a few minutes for the add on to be prepped was no issue at all. it seemed as though they were slow on the day we visited because nobody was inside and nobody else came in. i hadn't been to wingstop in a few years and the wings and fries i ordered were delicious. the sauce was perfect, portion size and everything was fresh tasting as well. i'll definitely be returning to this location as the staff was very professional when communicating to me about my pending food after ordering.“

“Tonight I went through the drive thru. Angel was sooo amazing so respectful and sufficient with her customer service. She took the time to help me find items on the menu as well as upgrading my drink for 20 cents more. She read back my order didn’t miss a thing. She made my drive thru wonderful. I got to the window she answered all my questions! What I love as well is she remembered my sauces ! You do not find people like Angel these days when it comes to fast food. Fast food workers don’t take the time the way she did ! She really made my night ! Thank you angel“

“I waited 1:30 hours to get my pizza BUT i gave it five stars because of the manager. I didnt get his name but he was hispanic. This man answered the phone and delivered my pizza in 10 minutes. He also gave me 2 free pizzas. Thats what i call great management and customer service. That wat i call a leader. I know that their delivery guy bailed out on them and they were busy but they super professional about it. Great job everyone!!!“
