“Beautiful country oldie style, very traditional. Doughnuts are very very delicious. Wish they didn’t use shortening thoug, they need to update the cholesterol info about that. Still once a month won’t hurt and I’ll keep coming back ❤️.“

“The beautifuly seductive 4am aromas that ride the winds, crosses the street & slips through my cracked bedroom window are glorious to awaken to. Especially when the summer heat is heavy with the local farms fertilizer stench (if you are local then you get it)
They have a wide variety of fried glutinous wads smothered in saccharides with every variety of glucose, fructose, and sucrose readily available, fresh as it gets and if you are an early bird you can get them while they are still hot!!! (My favorite) They are artists of the carbohydrate medium.
Prices are great! Definitely get the quantity and value for your bucks. Staff are almost always the same people (pretty sure they own it) they are always a delight, happy to see you, ready to fill your box or bag full of new years resolution violations!
They've got half a dozen staples that go pretty quickly so I suggest an early visit.
The apple fritters, bear claws, cinnamon twists, and custard filled chocolate coated ones are my essentials, I usually toss in a pistachio one, a colorful sprinkles one for my inner child lol a jelly, a plain iced and a few cake ones.... I always go big with the dozen and then nibble for days on them at midnight while standing at the kitchen counter. Hahhah“

“I highly recommend for breakfast. Wowzie the #6 sandwich for $9 is very large and filling. It's got very large bun and very generous egg. Drink is separate.

At first, the back prep came out (with no gloves on) handing me the food to go. I opened to inspect it. The sandwich was cut in half. But one half had half of the top bread missing (I've never seen this before).

I showed it to the man. He wanted to take it back to fix it, but I said no thank you. I only need the bread (I did not trust because no gloves on). There was a language barrier, but a lady in line helped to explain to them.

He brought out a whole new bun. I was very pleased. I used this whole bun for the rest of the food since the inside of the bun already had a lot of food in it.

The atmosphere was very friendly, and sociable. I believe this is because the lady at the register is also very friendly. I like her beautiful smile. It signals it's going to be a good day.

Recently it was packed. Then everyone left and it was peaceful.

To the store manager, here are areas that could improve customer experience:

The bathroom was super dirty (like it hasn't been *deep cleaned* in a really long time). The atm is out of order.

Randomly, when you are handling personal businesses by phone, or talking to one another in person, in another language, it sounds like you're angry or very upset with one another.

It can make customers feel maybe you're upset at them, or want them to go away, even if it's something else. Or feel unsafe like there is some kind of danger going to happen.

Maybe you can add options like Avocado and Cream Cheese. Definitely, I really recommend you add calm, relaxing music, especially, please add English 60's-70's love songs.

“The new management is doing a great job. I had previously visited this location in the past and the donuts were good. Now they are incredible. Very light, fluffy, and large. The donut holes are also huge! The prices are very good in comparison to other donut shops now. I ordered a maple bar, chocolate cake, and a dozen donut holes and it was less that $7!
I had to go back and try the lunch croissant, it was delicious and huge. The staff is very sweet and helpful and are working hard!“
