It's not The Long John Silver's of old. It has been a very long time. It was a favorite of mine 80's & 90's. The look of the fried fish pieces had a different look. Maybe it was fried longer or maybe the oil gave it a dark orangey look and not the light color of most batter dipped fried foods. It still taste the same so no problem there. Had a pretty cool promotion, can pick one SeaShare (I chose the 6 fish) for spending $25. That's very easy these...

Haven't been to any LJS in over 4+ years because the quality of the food was not great. Pleasantly surprised the food was better than I expected. I had the fish and chicken platter, cheese bites and a soda. It was fresh and not soggy like my previous encounters. The food was good and soda was not flat like my very last time at a LJS location.
