The worker at midnight went to the garbage area outside then when into his car in front of the store then went inside to without washing his hands and his apron looked dirty.

Hey, everyone! I had the best ice cream server here at this Coldstone Creamry! I'm so sorry I didn't catch her name, she was here today at this time (5/21/25 6pm). Let me tell you that she was soooo kind and had so much patience. She took good care of my family and myself (including my nut allergy). The ice cream was presented beautifully, and my eyes were in love! I'm definitely coming back here, and I hope that she is here too! 🥰 Thank you for a lovely experience and making our ice cream with love! 💙💖❣️
I’m ordered online last week & they didnt send my waffle cone with delivery, gave them another try tonight only to once again not get my waffle cone. I will not order here again

I when for my favorite flavor, cookies and cream but I didn't see it at first when I got home it looks like vanilla only. For $8 this is not acceptable.

Worst experience! We love ColdStone but this store gave us the not just bad serving but the meanest attitude that i’ve ever encountered in my entire life from a store crew. The asian staff was the rudest of all the rudest.
