The dessert tamales are a standout, especially the strawberry cream cheese one which is decadent and perfectly sweet, and the corn tamale is simple but delicious. On the savory side, the tacos and tamale plate are packed with flavor and taste fresh and authentic. The breakfast plate is another highlight, especially with the verde sauce adding a tangy, savory kick. The best tasting tamales in the valley are always good, nice and hot, and very delicious. The carne asada breakfast burrito is very filling with a lot of rice and beans. The customer service is very nice, welcoming, and friendly, with employees giving great recommendations. The staff is super nice, even giving a complimentary sweet corn tamale. However, the price is ridiculous at $5 for one tamale, and the parking lot is very small and hard to navigate. The business no longer offers an order ahead service, so guests must go early to get what they need. Overall, a great spot for both sweet and savory tamales.
