No one was working front counter and waited 30min and I left because the employees was ignoring me. While I was waiting there were other customers coming in complaining why their order was taking so long from the drive-thru orders. This Jack in the Box need to hire more employees to deal and take orders from the front counter inside the store.

Really appreciate they're one of few 24h locations in the area though. Sometimes you just need a late night munchie meal.

Don't bother ordering anything from here through door dash or any other service, 7 times out of 10 something will be missing from your order when you receive it Just absolutely awful service, avoid online orders from this place all together It will save you a lot of frustration and disappointment

Food was fresh and hot employees were friendly and upbeat. But the one thing that really irritates me is how they act like they're paying for extra sauces. They're lucky they getting the review they are put on all can't complain I love the trash can that's in the Drive-Thru so we can empty the car of our trash

Good food, i just dont like that sometimes i get there and the shake machine is out of service because they clean it early and dont want to dirty it again. And i love Oreo cookie shakes. Its very dissapointing to drive there and they tell you the shake machine isnt working. And its because they dont wabt to dirty it again.

Stopped in for a quick meal, was greeting by lady in front I believe her name to be Caro, if not sorry, but she was friendly and helpful with my order even though I messed up and ordered wrong number the staff was more than happy to correct my mistake 5 stars ;-)
