the cashiers were kind, but i waited for 15 minutes with 3 cars in front of me to get over cooked, cheese-less mozzarella sticks. im usually on a strict diet for fitness, but thought to have a cheat day. this must have been a sign from the lord himself i shouldnt cheat on my diet. but anyways, tbh these were some of the worst mozzarella sticks ive ever had

The app not working is NOT the location’s fault, but not having anyone willing to take an order is. Once I couldn’t use the app, I entered location and wanted to use cash, but Touch screen ordering was the option. Waited a few minutes, nobody showed up so I left. Yes it was “lunchtime” on a Saturday, but shouldn’t you have someone to be “The Face” of the franchise????

Great service. My entire order was done as ordered. May not seem like a big thing. But I am vegetarian. So I order my breakfast jacks with no meat, add tomato and mayo. I can't tell you how DIFFICULT that is for many places. Thank you team for working it out. The lady at the drive through made sure my order was right and went to the back to make it happen.

No one was working front counter and waited 30min and I left because the employees was ignoring me. While I was waiting there were other customers coming in complaining why their order was taking so long from the drive-thru orders. This Jack in the Box need to hire more employees to deal and take orders from the front counter inside the store.

Really appreciate they're one of few 24h locations in the area though. Sometimes you just need a late night munchie meal.
Disgusting place the burgers taste like microwave food

Don't bother ordering anything from here through door dash or any other service, 7 times out of 10 something will be missing from your order when you receive it Just absolutely awful service, avoid online orders from this place all together It will save you a lot of frustration and disappointment
