I've been eating here for years. The quality of the food has gone down. There's almost no chicken in the orange chicken. Mostly hard skin and crust. The last time I ordered a plate it made me sick, like eating rocks. I won't be coming here anymore.

The place is clean-ish But the part that really grinned my gears is how salty everything is and not just that but the “orange chicken” is not even chicken there was not one piece of chicken in the whole bunch they gave me it was all breading. The quality compared to other Chinese foods like the one on parthenia and woodley is so low here. Like over there I get chicken in my orange chicken lol for the price I’ll stick to the place on parthenia.

I’m sure the food will taste the same as it usually does but I came in at 6:50pm give or take and waited in line for 20 mins watching the single employee fulfill both online and in-house orders by themselves. People in line were mentioning how much time had passed. My suggestion is hire more employees.

They need to stop use of MSG, I always say I'm not going to go again but i do and after I leave I can feel that I can feel my gut punch., they always give you less than what you asked for when it comes to Soy Sauce mustard and hot sauce.

Went there for during work lunch. The place isn't even full, and the bowls they serve from are almost empty. I'm a pescetarian. The guy in front of me asks for veggies, but he wants only the broccoli. So what's left is the cabbage. Then he asked for the only protein I could eat that they have and they basically gave him the rest, but left what would have been a child portion, which I didn't want. So I left. I was there a few weeks ago too and they are clearly putting sugar in the noodles. I thought they tasted sweet. Not good for your health.

They made a small mistake on the order we had 4 trays. Two of them were supposed to be steamed rice and vegetables, bigger plates with everything on them, mainly vegetables, because we've been trying to eat healthier.So three proteins with mostly vegetables and a small portion of rice. They still put fried rice and one of us has an egg allergy. That was a small mistake. The bigger issue was calling and speaking to the manager ceesar who was condescending and almost rude, as he was speaking to us. When we finally asked, who was the store manager? He refused to give us the information. Initially, because he was pretending to actually be the store manager. And when we asked what his title was, he said, the store has 3 managers. When we said are you an assistant manager? He refused to give that information. And they said, if we want to put it like that then yes. Now our issue isn't even the place that had the egg.On it from the fried rice is the way we've been spoken to and dealt with this morning after trying to get the issue resolved my niece actually sat and recorded the conversation because he was on speaker, because just how rude he came off when we realized he wasn't the store manager.He then wanted to end the call and also refused to give the corporate number. The people who worked the night prior were really nice. Polite and did a good job. They just made a small mistake.But now, after speaking to caesar, we're going to go out of the way to make sure that we make this a big deal because of how he dealt with us

I was happily surprised with this place. It is spacious, well lit, clean, with no “strong” or “funny” smells. The staff is efficient and courteous. Portions are generous and well served.

I go to Panda Express mostly after a gym session.. I had a good experience here no complaints..
30 minutes 6 customers served, all they do is fill door dash and ignore customers who actually are inside. Only Panda that's this painfully slow.... miserable experience. Every time.
