I don't know if Pizza Hut has a real policy, but they said that they charge $0.50 for the peppers and parmesan cheese that you always get with your pizza. I asked twice. The guy said yes. Is he telling the truth?

Their delivery driver in the gold honda almost hit me crossing the street and didn't slow down. Had to jump out of the way. No need to drive like a jackass.

This is the worst place ever to go. I don’t recommend this branch. I ordered 2 large veggie pizza from there last night. When I got my order I luckily found out before my guests coming over that one pizza has pepperoni in it and other one has no pineapple which i requested. I have no idea how they fulfill people’s order. On top of that I called them they were agreed to give me credit but I told them my guests are here and I couldn’t serve them like that I’m glad at least they sent another pizza. But on call when I told lady that there was no pineapple in it, she was like oh now you have complain for another one too. Obviously I paid for my big order then why I’m not gonna ask them about it!!!

Waited for an hour and twenty minutes for my delivery. Received a phone call stating that the driver had gotten into an accident, so they cancelled the order.
When I asked for a refund, the Pizza Hut manager laughed at me and told me that it was “unfortunately, not their policy” to grant refunds.
So, I received no food, with no attempt at making it right, and still paid $52.00 before tip!!

The most incompetent employees works here, unfortunately I keep coming due it’s my favorite franchise. Night people is a nightmare, always does something wrong…. How? I don’t know, 3 times employee game wrong pizzas and they just swap box to box, other times, missing ingredients, the next time they said I ordered a diner box not even close, pizza hut is the MOST EXPENSIVE franchise compared with other fat food pizza brands, but it’s the only one around walking distance for me… now I check all my orders in store, I open all my boxes since they ALWAYS DOES MISTAKES IN MY ORDER…. It’s so annoying… and the app ask for a tip? 18, 20 or 25% for a carry out???? Whyyyyy …. It’s NOT A FULL SERVICE DINE IN EXPERIENCE….

I was a delivery driver for this place but a few months back they laid off all of there drivers in area. me being one of them. The service is horrible they don't even say welcome or anything and usually rudely ask what you got. one of the cashiers called me transgender as if it was some insult which drops my rating hard.

Kelvin and the rest of the staff here are absolutely awesome! Ive been coming here for 2 years and they're quick, efficient, friendly, and outgoing. This is, by far, the best PH location that I've been to in 3 different states. The employees here are the reason why i can quickly get a pizza for my family with no issues. I wouldnt go to another location; and neither should you. All of them deserve a pay raise.
