The staff here has always been helpful and even have a good sense about the menu and the current deals going on. Pizza is always piping hot and delicious as always. Never once had a bad experience. They came in clutch for a family dinner š

I ordered online and waited an hour just to find out where the driver was! The app wait time just kept growing. The staff couldnāt find my order. And when I asked for store credit the manager didnāt give that! The delivery fee was removed and I still havenāt even gotten my food. Waited over an hour and the restaurant is only 10 mins away. Iāve never seen such inconvenience from a pizza delivery restaurant.

I don't know if Pizza Hut has a real policy, but they said that they charge $0.50 for the peppers and parmesan cheese that you always get with your pizza. I asked twice. The guy said yes. Is he telling the truth?

This is the worst place ever to go. I donāt recommend this branch. I ordered 2 large veggie pizza from there last night. When I got my order I luckily found out before my guests coming over that one pizza has pepperoni in it and other one has no pineapple which i requested. I have no idea how they fulfill peopleās order. On top of that I called them they were agreed to give me credit but I told them my guests are here and I couldnāt serve them like that Iām glad at least they sent another pizza. But on call when I told lady that there was no pineapple in it, she was like oh now you have complain for another one too. Obviously I paid for my big order then why Iām not gonna ask them about it!!!

Waited for an hour and twenty minutes for my delivery. Received a phone call stating that the driver had gotten into an accident, so they cancelled the order.
When I asked for a refund, the Pizza Hut manager laughed at me and told me that it was āunfortunately, not their policyā to grant refunds.
So, I received no food, with no attempt at making it right, and still paid $52.00 before tip!!
The most incompetent employees works here, unfortunately I keep coming due itās my favorite franchise. Night people is a nightmare, always does something wrongā¦. How? I donāt know, 3 times employee game wrong pizzas and they just swap box to box, other times, missing ingredients, the next time they said I ordered a diner box not even close, pizza hut is the MOST EXPENSIVE franchise compared with other fat food pizza brands, but itās the only one around walking distance for meā¦ now I check all my orders in store, I open all my boxes since they ALWAYS DOES MISTAKES IN MY ORDERā¦. Itās so annoyingā¦ and the app ask for a tip? 18, 20 or 25% for a carry out???? Whyyyyy ā¦. Itās NOT A FULL SERVICE DINE IN EXPERIENCEā¦.

its pizzahut you get what you payed for (even though everything is overprice.) I was a delivery driver for this place but a few months back they laid off all of there drivers in area. me being one of them. The service is horrible they don't even say welcome or anything and usually rudely ask what you got. one of the cashiers called me transgender as if it was some insult which drops my rating hard.
