The most incompetent employees works here, unfortunately I keep coming due it’s my favorite franchise. Night people is a nightmare, always does something wrong…. How? I don’t know, 3 times employee game wrong pizzas and they just swap box to box, other times, missing ingredients, the next time they said I ordered a diner box not even close, pizza hut is the MOST EXPENSIVE franchise compared with other fat food pizza brands, but it’s the only one around walking distance for me… now I check all my orders in store, I open all my boxes since they ALWAYS DOES MISTAKES IN MY ORDER…. It’s so annoying… and the app ask for a tip? 18, 20 or 25% for a carry out???? Whyyyyy …. It’s NOT A FULL SERVICE DINE IN EXPERIENCE….

its pizzahut you get what you payed for (even though everything is overprice.) I was a delivery driver for this place but a few months back they laid off all of there drivers in area. me being one of them. The service is horrible they don't even say welcome or anything and usually rudely ask what you got. one of the cashiers called me transgender as if it was some insult which drops my rating hard.

Kelvin and the rest of the staff here are absolutely awesome! Ive been coming here for 2 years and they're quick, efficient, friendly, and outgoing. This is, by far, the best PH location that I've been to in 3 different states. The employees here are the reason why i can quickly get a pizza for my family with no issues. I wouldnt go to another location; and neither should you. All of them deserve a pay raise.

My heart goes out to absolutely anyone who has to work in customer service or deal with people as a whole, these reviews are a prime example. I don't think a $15 pizza warrants "negative stars" when the poor guy's just trying to clock out... you're not starving, relax.

Great staff really friendly store is very clean the only issue is I want to say they were rushing to make my pizzas because they were very busy and they didn't cook the pizzas nor the cinnamon rolls through so the dough wasn't cooked it was gooey still. This is just the second time it happened at this location so I'm kind of bummed.
Go somewhere else. Anywhere.Pizza Hut does not care about its customers more than their bottom line.We as consumers have a choice. To choose a company that has a heartbeat.I reached out to their customer service and got back a generic response.Shameful. I will not be back again.
