My first time heard they had good grilled chicken, ordered 8 piece chicken and the lady didn’t tell me they only had fried chicken left so I asked for a refund because I don’t eat fried chicken and they said no because they closed the pos I’ve worked restaurants my whole life and to be denied my refund was insane. I still need to call my card company and get my money back. Mind you it was the manger that said no. Really bad customer service.

The chicken is delicious, I'm not going to lie. We're regular customers, and they never sell us what we want. We order chicken and they always say they don't have it, and then you order what they do have, and they still make us wait to cook it. I ask if they don't sell chicken anymore because they never have it, and they say, "Yeah, we're almost closing, and there's still half an hour until closing time because it's exactly 9:30 and they close at 10:00 pm." Please, manager, or whoever sees this, please change this; it's illogical what the workers are doing. The girl wasn't rude this day. But other times we've been served by people who don't want to work. Change the staff and logistics because they take too long. They tell you 5 minutes, but you'll have to wait much longer than that. Also, if you don't tell them, they don't provide napkins or forks, and sometimes even when you tell them, they forget. The chicken has often come out with feathers on its wings. I honestly don't understand why we've given Pollo Campero so many opportunities, even for our events, if they have such bad service. Also, do the ladies a favor; they don't seem to want to work. Give someone who does want to.
