horible drink! absolutley discusting, there is always something wrong with my drinks. NEVER GO HERE
nice and friendly staff, I do my work here often and have not had any order quality issues. Only thing I would say is, they tend to keep this Starbucks pretty cold, and the music volume is a tad bit too loud for me ( my Apple Watch even gives warnings for too high of db in the environment every time I study here lol ) But otherwise, the employees are very friendly, quick, and efficient ! <3
The customer service here is really nice and quick , the only issue I have is one of the employees who I believe is the manager, she has a very obnoxious LOUD laugh, and every time she works, its impossible to do any work even with headphones or earplugs on. Im not one to say don't laugh at work or have fun but at least note every 2 minutes, and not so loud and obnoxious. It is quite annoying.
My first time coming into this location I came to use the restroom I had to go extremely bad and Starbucks was the first place I saw the lady was extremely rude and refused to give me the code to use the bathroom with out making a purchase. I tried to purchase a water or honey but she said they don’t sell water or what ever else I tried to purchase! I am a frequent Starbucks customer I should be able to use the bathroom then proceed to make a purchase this is ridiculous maybe if someone comes in and pees on the floor you guys will change this. I will not be back and I’m sure the manager could have used her discretion and allowed me to use the restroom but she chose to be an asshole.

Avoid this Starbucks, their cappuccino doesn't taste like coffee, even with 2nd shot added.
My friend said the same thing with her latte, can't taste the coffee.
Worst!!! I'm a loyal customer needed to use the restroom,And this employee Named Arely .Is the worsttttt .She denied me the restroom witch is complete bs .not supporting this Starbucks ever again..And also the over charge you like 2 $ ...
If you ever want to order something, make sure you order the day before to at least get it on a decent time. I placed the mobile order. Arrived 15 minutes later. Still not ready. Checked in in the front. Was told my order was being made. Waited another 15 minutes. Looked at the counter and then my drink was there. No one announced that my traveler coffee was ready. But they claimed they did. Even one of the baristas while I was waiting asked me what I was waiting for and I told her that I'm waiting for my travelers.

I have mixed experiences here. Today, I picked up my caramel Frappuccino with coconut milk, and it was not good. I had to add my own flavor to it. There's nothing worse to me than a bad cup of coffee when I'm sleepy. Lately the customer service has been a lot better. I just hope that whoever made my drink today does a better job in the future.

This is specifically about whether or not this is a good place to work or study. Music is extremely loud (was playing banda) people are very loud, there is no outdoor seating besides a large spot chairs could go. I tried bringing a chair outside after frustration and was told I could not. If you're looking to have a loud conversation with friends at 8am this is the spot, if you need to focus, no. Starbucks can't control people of course but they could have moderate volume rather than very loud music, and they could have outdoor seating.

I place an order right now for a grande caramel frappuccino with an added shot and no whip, the girl set up the payment and before I could tell her extra caramel she went to go help resolve someone else's issue. I greatly appreciate that she's working hard to resolve everything. What I don't appreciate was the girl with black hair that was making the drinks being rude when I saw her making my drink and I asked her directly if I could have extra caramel, ah yes no problem would have been nice but instead she decided to let the bad day she must be having come out of her and her response was next time you need to tell them in the front in which I said to her I would have but she was helping somebody else and I didn't want to interrupt so I'm asking you and she literally just stayed quiet the whole time like she knew she how to mess up attitude and when I walked out after getting my food from the girl that took my order who again was working twice as hard as she was the girl with the red hair, I said to her very loudly that I hope she has a better day, there is no way I was going to keep carrying that energy with me I put it back on her and I hope that in the future instead of telling people what to do next time that she should consider that next time I could be going to your competitors I don't have to be paying $7 of coffee to come here and support paying your minimum wage salary when I can be going elsewhere so be more grateful to the people that give money to your shop because without us you wouldn't have a paycheck this was at 1:50 p.m. Sunday September 1st I'm sure you guys can do the rest and figure out who she was

The worst service experience that I had at Starbucks. I placed am online order pickup, I drove 10 minutes, I waited there for 15 minutes, and when I asked the server about my order, he said it's not ready yet.
After asking he printed the sticker and started making the order, in addition to that, he also forgot my second drink and I had to remind him about the second drink, and he took 5-6 minutes again to make it. Funny thing is the next day when I ordered again the same guy was there and he didn't even start making my order even though the store was not busy. Moreover, that guy shows an attitude like as if he owns the Starbucks, I asked him a question and instead of responding to that question, he repeatedly said "you shouldn't be doing that" and acted as if I am trespassing in his store.
I don't wanna name any names but if the store manager reads this she will know who I am talking about.
Very bad experience to be honest.

BY FAR THE BEST STARBUCKS LOCATION IN THE AREA! Everyone’s always very nice. Very quick and have never messed up my drinks! I can’t have dairy and they make sure my drink is always oatmilk. All the other locations constantly mess up and give me dairy. Today I ordered from a location down the street, they remade my drink and it was still regular 2% milk LOL. I came to this location and they re made it without hesitation for me even tho it was from another location. I love them here haha.
